Apparently the Western states are not the only ones "caring" about their citizens in a morbid way... What really scares me is that if you substitute political correctness and health issues for the Cold War rhetoric and hairstyles it sounds very much like any Western state's health propaganda. Creepy.

what got me was that those men that didn't follow the States guidelines for hair styles were outed like they had been busted for drunk driving here in the US. Thing is, i guess it's N. Korea's attempt to keep all things western out of their country...and to keep POWER over their people...man, it's all about the POWER...
