Obamacare. I was sitting right here in this chair I'm in right now when this man was running for president and he looked straight into the camera and said he was against the individual mandate. The entire Obamacare law hinges on the individual mandate. It's that simple. He lied about it. He lied about it because he knew people didn't want it. And he knew he was lying.

Personally, I think that's very naive. The presidency is not ONE person.

And guess what? It doesn't even matter. The fact of the matter is that Obama was speaking to us in absolute terms when he told these lies. We took him at his word that he could do these things that he was telling us he would do. And on the other end of that camera was a man who knew he couldn't and in fact, never had any intentions of doing so.

And at the end of the day, the man DID have the pen and he signed the law with a big smile on his face. I don't like Obama and this is why. This is not something I pulled out of my ass. It's not something I heard someone say. It's not a rumor. I didn't make anything up. I'm not a racist. All I said is this is what he said and that is what he actually did when he knew nothing could stop him.

And that is a person who cannot be trusted with anything and should not be president. Every politician should know that you shouldn't make promises you know you can't keep and that's on him.

You say what you have to say to get elected.

And when they turn out to be lies, people like me won't forget them. Sorry to disappoint you but I'm not one of these guys who doesn't have a good reason behind my dislike of Obama. You asked your question and I answered it. And that is just one of several good reasons I have but they always bounce right off of Obama groupies so I won't bother writing more.

Now you can throw up your hands and say "Oh well. if you don't like it, it sucks to be you". Well, yeah. It does. That's a valid reason to dislike Obama in my book.

EDIT - I realize this whole side discussion about Obama in this thread is kind of OT and I apologize. I didn't really mean for it to get this long. I just meant to make a comment and didn't really expect anyone to really question my right to have an opinion about Obama. I should have known better.

You still keeping immigrants offshore or sending them back?

Well, the illegals are kept offshore, but they can leave anytime that they want to, and we are turning other illegals back.

Gun laws? I mean confiscation, like hillary wants to do. modeled after your laws.

Well, we are not having nutters doing frequent mass shootings like the yanks are having

How about he shows us who it was and then we elect him. That's a promise a multi-billionaire can carry out without being a president.

Yeah. If there was any truth to what he says he'd have already used it. Because if it was "an inside job" pretty much everyone who is anyone would be culpable. Because they'd have to know (or at least strongly suspect). If he knew anything he could wipe out his competition with this one thing.

I'm calling BS.

I don't think he knows, but rather he's proposing looking into it again. Kind of like how one of Clinton's first acts was looking into Roswell and JFK again.

Oh a seawall! nyuck nyuck!
yes, but we border 2 countries with easy access to the US, no boats needed.
That is one thing we need to fix.
I like what Australia does about it.

Do people call you guys xenophobes?
You want to know who is coming into your country, why and how many, right?
the USA has that right also.

anyway, back on topic.

If it was the saudi's, I hope Trump can do something about it.

All they have is oil that we really don't need.

Really? We've actually reached the point where the U.S. presidential candidates are playing
"I've got a secret! And I won't tell you unless you elect me." now?

Disgust on so many levels.

The saddest part is, I truly believe we are being given this guy to prevent any other choice than Clinton in the end. And the people are buying it.

It is a lot less worse then " I am the president and i have a bill, but you cant read it until you signed it".

So the only way he'll tell us is if he is elected? Still not voting for him because if he was actually sincere and not saying this to get some extra votes he would go ahead and say it. If he knows the truth and is not telling then he's a real piece of # in my opinion.

Trump can say anything. It doesn't matter. He's the leader of a zombie cult. His bet is that after decades of dumbing down, the zombies are the majority demographic.

Here's a true statement that you will never hear from Trump.

We are going to build a wall around wealth in America and the poor are going to pay for it in battlefield casualties."

People who don't like Obama's policies in action probably didn't pay any attention to Bush and his policies.

For several years the bad economic conditions initiated by Bush were used as a tool to attack Obama, clear as a bell.

Big balls.

What's he got?

I used to work for an insider mega billionaire the same one who's disaster relief company that he start 6 months before 911 that got the cleanup contract... He was friends with a bunch of mega oil tycoons down in Wellington Florida and they were insiders on 911. Bunch of memorials down there with steel from the towers.

you claim a lot of stuff like this, but yet never really see anything that either proves this, or any insights that give any perspective......

What does this have to do with the OP other than bragadocio?

Anyway, to the OP........

Trumps a Chump, hes not going to do anything, prove anything, find out anything, or anything else........

If he was he would have done it a long time ago, if it was really important to him......

Trump is losing his grip

Trump is the only Republican not stuck in the FOX news created bubble that brought us the Patriot Act, FISA, 9/11, the Iraq war and the economic disaster to name a few. All the other candidate blame Obama for everything, Trump at least has a foot in reality as it relates to poor GOP leadership and policy.

The cost of the war is not included in Bush's expenses, but the cost and recovering from the war is pinned on Obama.

So, some how it gets turned around that the war is Obama's fault.

The GOP are bullies.

Bullies put it lightly IMO.

I genuinely feel like the vast majority of conservative Americans have been manipulated to extent that they can no longer see reality in a critical fashion.

I agree with you.

I was a Republican for many years (a California Rep, but still a Rep).

What they are today is insane. Completely blind to any sense of reality or common sense.

The idea that anyone involved in real estate in New York at Trump's level doesn't know who did 9/11 is an indication of the credulity of his supporters. The actuarial statistics on the three "collapses" and the insurance industry and government responses to them are a dead give away.

Trump's supporters are in some kind of dream state. He's a casino owner. He makes his living off impractical dreamers.

If he tells who "really" (like a real patsy) did 9/11, it will only be as a prelude to a foreign invasion (another stick up).

This thread is about his 9/11 comments, right? All he said is that he knows, like many of us do, that the hijackers came from Saudi. That is really all he is saying. Did he say it was holographs? An inside job? Nope...but the MSM and ATSNN run with it like he is talking like a 9/11 Truther.

The Obama administration loves Trump. He keeps them out of the news as well as Hillary.

A CIA document released last year showed that the Saudi Government could not be implicated but, just like Obama will not call a terrorist a terrorist our country will not just say it.

Trump is saying it. No one else will. It needs to be said. Call it loud, brash or otherwise but deep down, he is doing what many of us do on here. Speaking his mind and not his agenda.

He is not going to release secret CIA documents....

Not really that simple. He will require a lot of lawsuits to open government files. But being president, he can "FIRE" the ones who refuse to release LOL LOL LOL.

then carreered into the building ....
causing it to collapse . Miraculously
, no-one else was injured as the street
had been blocked and evacuated ....at
the time . His wife and family could
not be contacted for comment as they
are on an extended overseas holiday
... and have had their lips sewn to-
