I know the series is getting older now, but I still like Scorpius (Farscape). He's even a better politician than anything we have running. Sure, he could destroy you, but why when he could just out-think you and tie your psychology up in knots? He took pleasure in both physical and mental destruction and he was always so deceptively pleasant about it.

Perfect for President, IMO.
