We spend more then the next 35 countries on the list combined... Also, a $5 billion cut to a system that in the end will cost more then $1 trillion is hardly worth a mention...

Recent research into the Chinese military budget, has estimated that its about 3-4 times more than they actually make out it to be.

I provided more than enough evidence stating that it has been cancelled, have you got any reliable information.

It is about who has better fighting tech. When will the weapon fetish cease? It would be far better to feed the starving with all those trillions.

The links provided by yourself do not state that the budget has / is being reduced, its only a recomendation at this time to reduce the budget by 1 billion $'s the first year and 800m per year after. Whether this will come to fruition we'll see.

Here's a little tidbit from
H.R.4613 (Sec. 8096) Earmarks specified RDT&E funds for producing Arrow missile components in the United States and Arrow missile components and missiles in Israel to meet Israel's defense requirements.
