It was made after talking to the authorities on scene and his personal doctor, lets not forget that.

No it's not odd at all

Considering the importance of the deceased man in question...and the fact that the body wasn't even personally examined when the initial determination of cause of death was made (over the phone)...yes; it's odd.
A full autopsy should be done.

Nobody inside the system gains from notions of murder to manipulate the system.

Murder could be standard practice, like scheduling.

Most of them are seniors past 50 after all.

Sure...it looked just like a heart attack. Probably was...but shouldn't a full autopsy be performed to be certain?
I doubt that if any foul play actually HAD occurred, he would've been shot or stabbed...professional murders of significant people can and have been made to look natural.
You know it happens.

I mean I guess for the sake of covering all bases, sure one should be done.

.professional murders of significant people can and have been made to look natural.

And professional people who catch them said there was no signs of that.

Glad you agree.
Can professional killers and government assassins make a death look like heart failure? Yes.

Desperate politics involved.

A CIA secret weapon used for assassination shoots a small poison dart to cause a heart attack, as explained in Congressional testimony in the short video below. By educating ourselves and others on vitally important matters like this, we can build a brighter future for us all.

The dart from this secret CIA weapon can penetrate clothing and leave nothing but a tiny red dot on the skin. On penetration of the deadly dart, the individual targeted for assassination may feel as if bitten by a mosquito, or they may not feel anything at all. The poisonous dart completely disintegrates upon entering the target.

The lethal poison then rapidly enters the bloodstream causing a heart attack. Once the damage is done, the poison denatures quickly, so that an autopsy is very unlikely to detect that the heart attack resulted from anything other than natural causes. Sounds like the perfect James Bond weapon, doesn't it? Yet this is all verifiable in Congressional testimony.

By now they could put some paracrine hormones on the tail end of the dart. The red spot would heal away by cellular tissue chemistry even after death.

Three additional ways to create murder by heart attack:

The following two chemical compounds can be used to create a heart attack in anyone, while leaving no trace of a crime:

Potassium Chloride:

Potassium Chloride is known to be among the ingredients in many prescription drugs, such as: Klor-Con, Klor-Con 8, Klor-Con 10, and Klor-Con/25, among others. Potassium Chloride breaks down into both its' individual components, potassium and chlorine. Both are found in the human body and the presence of either or both of these will not raise suspicion by either the attending physician or the coroner, who will carry out the autopsy.

This compound breaks down into both potassium and chlorine, in which the chlorine (Cl) binds with the human body's naturally occurring sodium (Na) to create NaCl -- sodium chloride -- common table salt. The resultant heart attack is found to have no known cause -- as all that is found in the body is a slightly elevated level of NaCl. Too much potassium in the body causes tachycardia (fast heart-rate), which then leads to something known as ventricular fibrillation, which is one of many types of cardiac arrest.

Calcium Gluconate:

Calcium Gluconate is available in a 10% hypertonic I.V. (intravenous) solution, which simply means that the concentration is higher than what normally appears in the human body. The process by which this works is known as osmosis -- the hypertonic solution removes the water and glucose from the body's cells -- replacing it with Calcium Gluconate. The calcium and the glucose are deposited in the body to be used as energy/fuel. The glucose is used for fuel, while the calcium remains in the body.

The Calcium Gluconate removes chlorine and replaces it with calcium, thus creating an electrolytic imbalance. The three compounds that become imbalanced are sodium (Na), potassium (K), and chlorine (Cl). This interferes with the normal LUB-DUB heartbeat impulse, which can then be regulated either too fast or too slow, creating a heart attack.

Air Embolism:

This is a third completely undetectable manner by which to murder someone by forced heart attack. A direct injection of 60 ml of air in a syringe into any vein causes the chambers of the heart to fill with air, which causes a heart attack. This type of heart attack is known as a P.E.A., or Pulseless Electrical Activity, and is another form of cardiac arrest. Here, the problem is from leaving a needle mark on the skin. However, with a little creativity, a vein in an usual body location will do the trick.

If a small enough gauge needle is used, the associated needle mark would be barely noticeable. If the coroner is not as careful as he or she should be --- the tiny needle mark would avoid detection. A tuberculin needle, or an insulin needle would more than adequately do the job, as it is intended to do.

So everything you guys are all talking about sounds like it still wouldn't show up on an autopsy.

Texas is the perfect place to off a very popular conservative figure too...

Just as it was for JFK.

Hope this is true:

Dems in Senate pass resolution in 1960 prohibiting election year Supreme Court appointments

Of course, Obama has a pen and I'm sure his lawyers are working on a way for him to circumvent the law once again.

The title of that doesn't match the content of the resolution. The title refers to 'election year SCOTUS appointments' but the content of the resolution is in regards to 'recess appointments.' Those aren't the same things.

So...what are you trying to say? Let me help you, you're probably trying to refer to the Thurmond Rule whereas;

...no lifetime judicial appointments should move in the last six months or so of a lame-duck presidency.

Not really an official rule or resolution, just a practice that's been in the senate since 1968. Then again, when Democrats tried to invoke this 'rule':

In 2008, as then-President Bush was trying to get judicial nominees through a Democratic-controlled Senate, then-minority leader McConnell said "There is no Thurmond Rule."

The sheets weren't rumpled.

His hands were folded neatly above the blanket.

He was invited to the ranch.

No autopsy. I mean, really? An incredibly important man dies in Texas under what could be viewed as somewhat suspicious circumstances and there's no autopsy? If just for the sake of tempering potential conspiracy theories you'd do an autopsy.

A lot to gain by his death for certain people.

Very strange.

It's sad that that we even have to question this but these are the times we live in now.

It is also very suspect that the hunting party did not even bother to wake him up prior to their departure, or even check on him?

I mean he was there to go hunting, so wtf? Strange, very strange my friends.

Hmmmmm....... ~$heopleNation

Considering the importance of this man and the wide influence he had not only for the United States but partially the whole world (yes US politics trickle down to other countries) - it's very amazing the sheer amateur-grade treatment of this case.

I read that they couldn't find a judge of peace for a couple hours. They could have called D.C. and someone would have flown in in a matter of hours.

Something stinks so fishy here ... it wouldn't surprise me if the Obama administration is partially involved here - even if it's just seizing on the opportunity here. I can't stand politics! All of them dirty scumbags!

It would have to be a Texas judge who has jurisdiction.

In an updated article she said she misspoke and an autopsy will be done. Its looking like a heart attack.

Depending where the pillow was over His head this could be suicide or murder.
