Gravitational waves = FLAT EARTH THEORY DIES

im sure most of you are sick and tired of this flat earth bs. i think its a psy op anyways to show how gullible people who research conspiracies are. whether it was started by the fbi the cia TPTB mark zuckerberg, barry soetoro... i dont care.
Most of the flat earth theory relies on gravity being false. gravity just cannot apply to any flat earth theory.
With news of einsteins theories FINALLY being proven correct and accurate... im popping the damn bottle of champagne tonight. I have spent many hours ( waste of time yes ) battling these morons... even to the point where an argument on Cheech and chongs facebook feed led to charges being filed against me for harassment with a flat earther.
thank you science for proving these "sheeple" that gravity exists, and einstein was right. they can no longer argue that gravity doesnt exist because it does.
gravity holds water in place, thats why are oceans arent flat or have a ascending hump.
thats why planes dont have to point there noses down.
thats why the gases in the upper atmosphere dont get sucked into space...
thats why THE EARTH IS PROVEN TO BE ROUND.
gravity is a wonderful thing. without it we would have no atmosphere, no moon, no tides, no life.

if you are a flat earther... please do the following. give up on it... its over, we won.

For the life of me I can't think of very many people trying to support flat earth theory (beyond maybe the usual suspects), but I've seen people saying there has been this big push in support of it recently. However, all I've seen are threads talking about how it isn't real.

Not saying I believe in FET, but I feel like disbelievers are going out to find a dead horse to beat and there really isn't a discussion here.

If Flat-Earthers believed in science they already couldn't believe in a flat earth.

I doubt this recent addition of more scientific evidence will do anything to sway any of these wing-nuts.

trust me i know this news is not going to stop them. but to me, this proves it wrong. i will no longer watch videos, or entertain the " do the research" quotes from any of the FE ers. once proof is put in my face, i understand proof is proof and its undeniable. thats what seperates me from these turd loafs. i cannot believe something unless there is proof or i can do a mathematical equation or an experiment.

flat earth theory is dead to me. to believers, yes it will live on. but i can no longer buy into any part of the theory because it all relies on gravity being a theory.
i will never get how FE ers think every picture taken from space is CGI. Scott kelly is on the ISS for the last year, been taking videos of thunderstorms, and photos of hurricanes, and MT Fuji and the wild fires in california.
My mind cannot fathom that its all a lie. NASA has too many pictures taken, as well as russian and chinese space programs.
the biggest argument that FE ers have is NASA lies to us, they manipulattens of thousands of pictures to make earth appear round. for what reason would NASA do this? even FE ers dont have an answer.

I have been telling the flat brainers for ages there are several ways to prove the curvature of the planet, hell I can prove it with 2 sticks used like a sun dial, we can see it at any altitude above 12000 feet. But these are the same people the aliens took at night and sent back with their grey matter replaced with toast to see what happens. These are the same people who think the moon is a hologram for crying out loud. So I wouldn't get your hopes up friend. On the bright side, that just means we have more flat brain loons to make fun of later!

Ok serious now. I can't help but wonder if people that do things like believe in 'flat earth' are just doing it because they're extreme pranksters and they know it annoys everyone. I find that easier to believe, so that's what I believe

This won't kill Flat Earth "theory" at all - in fact, it will simply provide them with more proof. After all, this is merely the culmination of part of Einstein's disinformation (not me saying this, I'm sarcastically demonstrating the thinking of "those people.") I don't think you'll find any Flat Earth believers on ATS - I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure everyone who posts here is literate, and therefore not likely to believe in Flat Earth.

I've always wondered what their answer would be to why 2 ships, 1 traveling "Left" and the other traveling "Right" to the "Edges of the Earth" would end up meeting together. Is it like those side exits in PacMan, where you just magically pop out the other side once you get to the edge?

If looking at the moon and not being able to comprehend that it is crescent shaped because of the Earth blocking the light from the Sun doesn't clue you in that these people don't have the average intelligence of a 6 year old, then keep arguing with them. You'll eventually go insane. The upside is, you might start believing the Earth is flat!
