You silly goofs, Trump is smarter than you think. Of course he knows it is illegal and he would not do it.

He is using that to get the poor redneck republican vote. The goofy poor white folk that would do better under a democrat but vote republican for some strange reason.

Are you kidding me? Why don't you check out my thread history. If you think I'm a die hard Democrat you'd be very wrong. You see, I don't pigeon hole myself into one camp but that would only hinder my growth politically. Both camps are corrupt and unlikable, nay detestable.

Of course he doesn't know. What Trump doesn't know could fill libraries.

That said, I could say the same for myself.

What standards? there is no standards in the middle east anymore.

Political hacks made a mess down there.

Either Trump really doesnt know whats going on in the world of false flag terror, patsies and staged events (which is hard to believe) or he's consciously part of the establishment whose goal is to keep people scared and to keep us spending hundreds of billions on a constant state of war.

He was talking about people celebrating the attacks in Jersey, everyone knows they were the dancing Israelis.

Government agents 'directly involved' in most high-profile US terror plots.

There are worse forms but waterboarding is torture.

Not only is it immoral but it doesnt work. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed admitted to EVERYTHING. Even things that he couldnt possibly have been involved in.

In another case:

"In torture, he confessed to being everything from a hermaphrodite, and a CIA spy to a Catholic bishop and the King of Cambodia’s son. He was actually just a school teacher whose crime was that he once spoke French.”

Furthermore when you create a culture of violence, it permeates through society as a whole. It doesnt just magically stop with the "terrorists".

The cover-up of torture in America’s prisons.

2 Cops Tortured A Young Black Man In A Holding Cell Until He Died. They Were Just Acquitted.

The above are just two examples, there were pages of search results.

Keep in mind that many in law "enforcement" are former military.

Big words from a 5 time draft dodger.

A whine made you make this thread.

No solution just pointing out and whines.

You are actually part of the problem.

If I didn't take him seriously, I wouldn't support him. The US, if it is going to successfully fight Islamofascist terrorism, absolutely needs to use EVERY tool they have, including waterboarding and "worse."

(Facepalm)
Except for the teeny fact that torture doesn't work as a reliable method of getting intelligence. It just doesn't. People will say anything at all to get it to stop. They'll confess to being Donald Duck. They'll confess to being Treebeard. It doesn't work.

Honestly, that was the straw...both my wife and I decided after that last glowing comment, that we will not be giving him our vote. Wish Ron Paul was running, now we are befuddled, Rubio is too young, Cruz is too religious, Clinton was never a consideration, Sanders wants half of everything I work for to give to lazy sobs...Kasich just got my vote and frankly he's too religious too but compared to all the front runners, he's all we have.

This is why I support no Republican. They're all war mongering

The only difference between Republicans and Democrats is the sales tactic ,but they are both selling you the same product.

Also have you Heard of Ron Paul? But with the GOP frontrunners , I would say you are correct but so is Hillary.

I like Bernie bringing the lobbying and monetary issues to the forefront but he has no chance if he is legit.

I don't agree with his socialist views especially with a corrupted gov;t in place. However, because the president is more of a mouth piece than a policy maker I can overlook that .

So what is your solution?

Diplomacy with political correctness on the top?

There is political correctness and there are rights and freedoms that are core fundamental values of our society.

Every time part of me starts to have a tiny little bit of belief in a prominent Republican, they open their mouths and just crap all over it. If it's not this false belief in torture being a useful way to gain intel and 'defend freedom' (what a joke), it's something else... busting medicinal pot users or otherwise taking away states' rights, putting god back in government or schools, restricting womens' rights, making homosexuality a crime again... it's a long list. As a person who believes in freedom and liberty for each state and each individual citizen, and who despises this divisive two-party dog-and-pony show, these righties make it VERY easy to dislike them.

And you profess to support the constitution?

Hypocrite

The fact we dont torture is what makes our society better than theres.

But hey let a few 3rd world barbarians scare you cowards into giving up your values and freedoms.

State sanctioned Torture is one step below death camps.

This is the point...we DO HAVE STANDARDS. Or at least we did. I support the Constitution and anyone that doesn't should be scrutinized.

There is not one single goddamn clause in the Constitution that applies to America's handling or treatment of non-Americans. Simply put: the Constitution tells the federal government what it cannot do with relation to US Citizens... not Arab citizens who fought alongside AL Qaida and ISIS.
