Yes I am directly talking the footage they released first, we should assume (well # I guess we shouldn't assume anything,anymore) that footage exists with sound within meters of the shooting. This only leaves more questions, do they want this conversation if so why?

There are, after all, claims that the video is faked.

Honestly, what this video shows does not contradict the eye witness testimony from that girlZ

So what I'm wondering is, was she right about being fired upon first whole driving and then again when he got out of the vehicle?

This really goes to show that even with...ahem..the full unedited version....it is really hard to get a majority consensus on what actually happened....i really meant the truth

Sure absolutely the die hards would remain steadfast, however the more objective and critical minds would be settled,as of now no one knows, so while the conversation would continue either way, fact would outweigh division based on agenda.

I never believed he was dragged out and shot execution style on his knees, but the being shot with his hands up is backed up by years of case evidence from Law Enforcement behavior, and this video as well.

Well there are plenty of video to prove such things. For instance in this one, this poor bastard is shot in the gut at the 54 second mark, by a jackass wielding what appears to me to be a tec9. It predictably has either an FTF/FTE after the first shot, because lets be honest its a #ty gun used by street thugs that dont know any better because it looks cool in movies.



Considering his hands were up until that point, I would say it make sense. They continued to shoot him when he dropped his hands and used this to say that is when they chose to shoot. The officer was already in the woods ready to fire.


The "Freedom fighting/Moderate Rebel" does the same in this video when troops hit him.


It happens instantly, and you do it without thinking.

It's really stupid.

The eye-witness account of the daughter so far seems to be the most credible. She saw it while the other guy put some hearsay together piecemeal — after interrogation no less.

The federal government got what they wanted, while a family man with 10 or so children, a day or two before his birthday, "committed suicide by cop", "got what he deserved", probably "wanted to take some cops with him", probably sometime after he had his hands in the air.

He was running before the car turned off the road. Or close enough so he didn't see it turn.

That's just stupid man. The guy clearly veered off the road up on the snow bank to specifically AVOID the roadblock. The officer moved toward the vehicle, trying to put himself in front of it, not away from it. But hey, at such a low speed, a little tap is all the reason they need to claim vehicular assault and waste the guy- even if he DID come out with his hands in the air and DID NOT charge the cops. MURDERERS.

BTW, it was not low speed. A lot of snow flies when he gets into it.

When the audio comes out I'll know for sure that the girl was telling the truth or she couldn't tell the truth because she was so stressed out she didn't know what was going on.

You mean the detail that shows that the truck was not at a "low speed?" That the man who ran would have been seriously injured had he been hit. That the idea that he did so intentionally is absurd.
