Now we are hearing from former U.S. Congressman Tom DeLay.

He claims to have "friends" in the FBI.

And those friends are telling him the FBI is ready to indict Hillary !!!

And IF they don't indict, they will go PUBLIC !!!

DeLay: FBI 'Ready to Indict' Hillary

The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.

"I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they're ready to indict," DeLay said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show."

"They're ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

Oh OH !!!!!

Big D A M A G E !!!

These two might not quite be ready for primetime.....

Can the FBI indict anyone?
Last I heard they were law enforcement, not judicial.

I keep seeing threads and articles and blurbs about this and that and the other, but nothing ever happens. Just saying. Nothing happened with Benghazi....I think nothing legally binding will come of this either.

The Clintons are Bilderbergs and have more connections than you probably think.

Id be impressed if something didn't get leaked to the media and someone's life destroyed if Hillary got an indictment.

Actually I know all the connections.

disclaimer: I'm NOT a friend of the Clintons.

FBI 'Ready to Indict' Hillary?

If the DoJ decides to indict Hillary on anything, I'll be shocked into orbit.

I just wish something final would be done with this.
Sounds like she did something illegal, so lets get it done and over with. Would kick her out of the presidential race and that would be great.

Delay's friends in the FBI say they have plenty of evidence though. So, they better indict...or else.

You are correct, the FBI does not indict, the DOJ does, however the FBI at times does cooperate with the DOJ in evidentiary findings for determining if someone should be indicted, and may be appointed by the DOJ to prosecute.

Wait. The FBI can prosecute a federal case?
Isn't that the job of the Attorney General?

Right but the DOJ requires the FBI to cooperate on many cases in order for successful prosecution.

Similar to how the DA requires cooperation from local police departments.

LOL By the strictest definition ...

in·dict
inˈdīt
verb
formally accuse of or charge with a serious crime.

Yes indeed. In fact, most formal accusations are not referred for subpoena. Personally, I would expect they would wait in a high-profile case like this, but maybe they're worried they're gonna get their little asses fired by Donald Trump if they don't get busy ... RTFN. They've got less than 365 days of top cover left.

And therein lies the dilemma... obey or do one's job?

It will be a spot in history, either way.

That depends on the DOJ's powers, as the DOJ may appoint the FBI to prosecute in Civil Rights Abuse Cases, but yes, most likely prosecuted by AG. I am not certain of the DOJs broad powers of prosecutorial appointment. I will dig around.

ETA...it appears the FBI may only be appointed by DOJ to prosecute violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Controlled Substances Act of 1970. Key word being "may".

I would be surprised as well. However, It is hard to imagine that
The Obama's would want Hillary and her tawdry show hanging over
their heads if he lets her off the hook. That would pretty much taint
his legacy forever, whats left of it anyways.
