Project Monarch/MK Ultra Victim Mysteriously Taken Off the Air [Coast to Coast AM]

I heard a pretty explosive radio program the other night on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory. I looked around to find out about it and couldn't find anything. The guest for the first 2 hours was an alleged MK Ultra victim from Toronto, Canada named Matthew Pauly. At first I was extremely skeptical about his story and figured the subject was being milked to death, sort of as usual for Coast to Coast AM. I didn't really pay much attention to it. He basically outlined the general history of mind control research starting from the Nazis and into America via Operation Paperclip etc, but the weird twist was that he claims that there is current mind control experiments being done, particularly utilizing a drug called Scopolamine, in Canada! He said that there is a paramilitary connection where a certain faction, at least in Toronto, has learned this stuff from the U.S.

What is curious about all of this is the timing, since all over the headlines of most of our Canadian newspapers is fairly serious news about the failing dollar (or "loonie"). I think economic news is dire for the entire world probably, but it has certainly received a lot of attention as of the past week up here. So this Canadian connection with this guy named Matthew Pauly, who wrote a book called "The Murder of Time: Making and Unmasking a Sleeper" seems somewhat suspicious. Almost like crunch time means the economy falls apart and everything goes into chaos and these so-called sleepers are activated and start shooting people up. Murder, suicide, mayhem - as a means of dealing with the failing society at large...

What made me take this very seriously was shortly into the second hour, George Noory asked the guest whether there was a possibility that "they" had used him for assassinations and other "Manchurian Candidate" type scenarios before. Matthew Pauly answered very quickly "They have" - and there was silence and George announced that the call had completely dropped. The producer tried back on the guest's landline, cell phone and also apparently his Skype to no avail. The entire internet connection itself had gone out right at that moment.

I managed to get this show and uploaded a 20 minute segment that includes all of that. George was freaking out, he thought the guy had been shot! It was quite dramatic. Of course mind control is still on. I always found it curious that nearly every mass shooting, in pics of the shooters their eyes look like they are bugging out. Think Aurora movie theater, the Congresswoman, etc. It could be from some strong prescription meds, but I'm not too sure. Funny how these shootings drastically increased during the Obama years and after each one, there'd be a stronger call for more gun control measures. There's the motive.

There have been many more programs then the tip of the iceberg known as MK Ultra.

I have never seen it laid out like this with the Greek letters thank you kindly for this information.

Hollywood has glorified the CIA since it is ran by them. All one needs to do is look to every CIA propaganda piece and they are telling you their horrific nature but it is done in a way that is "entertaining".

The entire Bourne series is about the Delta categories. There are too many to list, yet somehow people look to the Church investigations of the 70's and believe the "yea we tried making brainwashed assassins but we really did not get anywhere so we shut it down"!

You REALLY need to do some research. For a start, I recommend the book, A Terrible Mistake by Hank J. Albarelli and lawyer and writer that spent over 800 pages writing about the early efforts of the MK-Ultra business and how it got started.

Thank you, I'vee spent a life time hearing about it. I am fully aware of the super secret experiments to create super secret assassins, carried by the US government and its clandestine arms, like the CIA.

I also know thats highly specialized single purpose stuff, unreliable, hypnotizing someone to kill on command is iffy…

indoctrinating whole armies to attack foreign countries for no just reason is the real problem. Not some lone nut thats been subjected to 'programming' while they're drugged, hypnotized or tortured. TV is programming, the news is programming, education is programming.

I'm with you and perhaps MK-ULTRA may have evolved into a new entity under a different name. However that could be putting two and two together and getting five.Since the government can't attack the firearm manufacturers directly, perhaps they need to do it indirectly by tightening laws and we know the lengths officials will go to-MK ULTRA being the obvious example.

However guns like MAC 10's and UZI's should not made available to civilians because they do not serve a purpose in society.

Perhaps a reference to the apostle Matthew a tax collector sitting at the "receipt of custom" before Epiphany?
He may or may not represent a sleeper class we don't know.

For example Jerry was a name used to represent native speaking Germans during WW2.
Jerry clearly is too large a class to be compartmentalized by the rhetoric in Mein Kampf.

A much smaller group of German investors realized the 1929 stock market crash was a threat to the Weimar Republic. They might be considered a sleeper class and (their response) an assassination attempt of sorts.

Taking him offline at that moment was definitely punctuated showmanship - I figured largely to validate his story (and scare the crap out of the listeners - which actually worked). All of the callers were like "OH MY GOD" - it was kind of funny, in a demented way. As for this Matthew Pauly himself, he is apparently an expert at computer programming and seems quite enigmatic. There's a picture of him wearing huge black sunglasses. He could have... a purpose.

I am tempted to read his book and figure out the Canadian connection more...

hahaha, what a bunch of bs. This reminds me of the other famous Coast 2 Coast dropped call... the famous Area 51 caller. It's crap like this that really turns me off the whole scene, It's kind of like how crap hack youtube channels like thirdphaseofmoon or secureteam10 have flooded any UFO related searches with manufactured garbage.
