I saw a 60 minutes report which was filmed in a secret underground facility.

all the reporter would say is that it was just west of washington.

This facility they showed was built in case of nuclear attack, it had a huge hospital and canteen, and enough space for hundreds of people, it was an underground city.

Could this be it. ?
