Why do Christians celebrate the will of the devil to murder Jesus?

Free will is free will.... what are you talking about? I'm sure you understand what free will is correct? Maybe you shouldn't think so logically. Free will is a gift from God and means you do what you want even if it has nothing to do with God. That means you can sin or worship a goat or be atheist freely.

Hard to fathom someone having a problem with freewill when the other option is really horrible.... control

and the punishment is living without God and is the choice those who sin choose

I mean I'm not even religious but these are very simple concepts and yet people twist them into being the most evil concepts or an evil God. You don't have to have and issue with every single thing related to Christianity.

There's your mistake right there. The concept of free will and original sin, for example, are not simple concepts. Neither is the concept of god incarnating into a human to sacrifice himself to himself, allowing himself to be brutally murdered, to save humanity from his own wrath.

No. I don't think that the characters claiming to be god in the Old Testament gave mankind free will, or that the Bible reflects such an idea. I think Bible stories show that free will was something that confounded them, and they tried to thwart it at every tur. They used intimidation to coerce man to be afraid of his free will, tried to convince mankind that the only true free will is of giving up of yourself, and letting god's will control you, and/or that you never ever really had free will to begin with, because god does what god wants to do, regardless of what you choose to do or not do.

You are not qualified to say what other people's mistakes are. Educate yourself, drop the know it all bit because you have no original thoughts and don't know what the bible really teaches. It's a totally esoteric book and if you don't know esotericism you don't know the bible.

God didn't incarnate into Mary's womb. Jesus was the Messiah but not God. If you can find me a verse were Jesus says specifically " I am God" those exact three words ill concede. The Jewish Messiah was never prophecied to be God. Just the Messiah. Messiah does not mean God, it means annointed one. Jesus didn't pray to himself, he prayed to his God. His power comes from God and could be taken away if God chose.

All of your own posts illustrate how "un-easy" theology and religion actually are.

I have just as much right as any other member to post my observations, critiques, opinions and reviews, etc., of other posters' content, as well as address any audience of lurkers/readers that may peruse these threads and posts.

"Free will" and "original sin" are not givens in the realms theological or philosophical discussion and debate, being brought into the light of critical thought and intellectual integrity.

I don't give a #, this is entertainment. I have fun. As far as Christianity goes, feel free to test my knowledge, if I don't know something, ill admit it. People say stuff that is ridiculous to me because despite my love of saying things for shock value, when it comes to the bible, Judaism, Christianity, I do know what I am talking about. I enjoy saying things to piss off ignorant christians. But I do know my bible,despite my flaws

Im not gonna ever stop questioning things that don't make sense. Like calling Jesus God when even he denies being God. If you don't get why, sorry.

You don't have to like what I say, or agree with it, but I'm just telling you what I think, same as everyone on here. It's my opinion you don't like, but that's fine. I'm still gonna say it though. Pretty sure I don't deserve getting kicked off for having an opinion you don't like. I'm a little rude but I've read way worse on here. Don't be mad because Jesus isn't God, you still have allah the Most High God and his holy spirit. And hes the Messiah, is that not enough. Truth be told Islam honors Jesus better than christianity

Think of a funny joke or something. It's controversial about Jesus, but that's life. Sometimes it is just my opinion do you know how many people come after me? I never complain, insult me all you want, I just laugh. Why get stressed out about nothing?
