Thank you for your genuine encouragement and suggestions. I can feel your sincerity.

Unfortunately, time is the very last thing I have and the reason I cannot achieve what I want. I have the means to buy pretty much what and where I want. Pretty much. But you cannot buy time.

Is there any possibility that, despite the shortage of time, you can have your few acres and coloradoish cabin, at least, for a little time friend?
