As per Reuters news, China is expected to add substantial military infrastructure and surveillance systems in the South China Seas in order to have civil and military bases in the contested waters.

One more example of the multiple hot spots the next U.S. President will have to face with the increasing aggression by both Russia and China in Europe and Asia mostly on the assumption that we are unwilling or unable to appropriately respond.

Certainly Obama's recent conduct gives them little to fear!

As per Reuters News, a N. Korean coastal ship has detained a Russian yacht with five persons on board , and Putin has asked his foreign minister to demand an explanation from Kim Jong Un.

The N. Korean dictator better think long and hard as to the nature of a response because Putin's position will be very different than Kim has found Obama's to be in earlier similar situations.

A Bully like Kim usually picks on those he thinks can easily be pushed around. This kid sure has a lot to learn!
