The police is not investigating against 1000 men. Right now the number of criminal complaints is up to 90. The suspects are numbered as about 50.

The number 1000 never referred to 1000 rapists and pocket thieves, but only about 1000 men around the station, of whom many were drunk and some did idiotic things with fire crackers.

Living in a country not of your origin is a privilege, not a right. Boot the offenders out plain and simple.

Na Merkal will likley just let in 100,000 more without any background checks or documents.

Your Chancellor is still a mad fruit cake!

Honestly Merkal has lost her marbles.

I guess all but the Africans are privileged then? Where does the cut-off point for 'origin' lay?

I do get the point you're making though. Problem is that it's not too far from calling for all and any migrants to be deported based on crime. Does that mean because I wasn't born in England I should be deported the minute I commit a crime - despite living here for 99% of my life?

Haha, you are free to disagree with her and even dislike her.
I did not vote her, but she did very well the last year and won my respect.

And still both has nothing to do with the events on New Year in Cologne.

Quoted for truth. Because no doubt the xenophobes will skip the logic.

You can quote this as much as you want. This is "mainstream" in germany today and was in pretty much every newspaper. I did read it on the frontpage of the "Aachener Nachrichten" for example ...no right wing there.

Seriously ...NO SERIOUSLY? ECHT JETZT?! So ...what did she do to win your "respect". Did she make a good job in not looking as dumb as you expected ...I didnt notice she did anything at all ...and everything I saw from her made me mad as hell

My dear ATS friends...

You moved me a lot with that, Daz.

Every time I meet my nice neighbors and my friends, who own a little shop dorn the street, I feel some sadness is around these days. Suddenly they have to wonder, what the future could bring for them after they feel at home here.

Keep up. 85% in Germany still fear the result of this could be that the right extremists could get too strong. But even if those other 15% would be of the opposite mind they still would be the minority.

And they hate minorities

Yeap, echt jetzt.

I never would vote for the Christdemokrats, but Merkel was the only one who actively tried to solve the problems: Greece, Putin and refugees. All other leaders were hidden and are still hiding behind their armchairs, afraid to make the wrong decisions. Even worse: They are afraid they could lose voters to the extreme right.

And the less those leaders do, the more success the extreme right has. Poland and Hungary are lost right now. France and Britain have strong right parties. Even the Skandinavians are leaning more and more right. And in the US an elephant in the porcelaine shop is successful with his sounding the trumpet.

At lot of journalism is copy and paste nowadays-with a side dish of fear mongering.

I feel for the genuine well behaved refugees and expats-they shouldn't be punished for the actions of the minority. Poor old Ahmed the Arab doctor could be healing children right now but the paranoid xenophobes will demand he leave- it's unfair and bogus.

The problem is Germany can't just boot the miscreants over the border because no one else will take them.

This is pathetic. The fact that you can't see it doesn't mean the witness statement is false. It also doesn't mean it's true. But you're standing on a pulpit acting better than everyone else because you can't see something. There's a billion things in this world that I've never seen that I know are real. This may indeed be another one. Besides...why are you defending this? You act as if Muslims, who are not to drink alcohol, always adhere to that rule.

Some people in here may be painting with a certain brush, but you're whitewashing the whole thing and turning a blind eye defending it with no reason to.

Also...did you count the people in the video? Give me a break...You'll do anything to defend these people won't you...Even ignore the other sources posted by several members contradicting your quote. So, you "quote for truth" and you're completely dishonest. At the very least, there is a chance that the OP and other sources are incorrect, but as it stands right now, several sources confirm the OP, and none contradict it.

I don't even understand why people like you talk...You'd defend anybody and anything as long as someone on the right is against it.

Actually, no. I'm standing on a pulpit in the "open your eyes section".
Do tell, what am I defending? You seem to be mistaking my pointing out the many plot holes in the story and the video evidence as my defence of something?

Clearly there are far from 1000 people in the video posted, nor is there a 200 meter long corridor of men outside the train station doors, but you're quite happy to overlook these facts aren't you?

It's really quite simple. I read the article. I read all 3 articles in the OP. Then I looked at the video, and I can clearly see that the so-called "witness" quotes do not match what is in the video. I'm not even going to bother with the german language articles, I don't speak german and we all know that online translators aren't reliable.

It's called "questioning the official story". I'm not so brainwashed yet that I swallow every bit of media propaganda without looking at the facts first. You claim that I am somehow dishonest, yet you cannot clarify how I am being dishonest, when I am merely pointing out the many things wrong with the information in the news articles.

Yawn...why dont you call the Cologne police department troll? I posted the story, I didnt write it. Besides, the main news agencies are reporting it now (BBC) so all the disbelievers who replied in this thread are free to eat their hats.

What is wrong with ATS is you have these "professional" trolls (i use professional loosely) who's main directive in life is to try to gloss over all evidence to the contrary to attempt to derail a thread while denying truth and anything that conflicts with their world view to push their agenda.

So sad, go outside troll. If they aren't being paid to do so then what a miserable existence they must be living...

Ah yes, mainstream news agencies are reporting it now, so it must be true! hahaha

Is that seriously your best defence, and argument against all the points I raised? I pointed out exactly how the video included in the articles provides "evidence to the contrary" and you cannot come up with a single valid rebuttal, except to say:

"Well it's on fox news so it must be true"

What is wrong with ATS is you have these brainwashed xenophobes who's main directive in life is to try to advocate persecution of one single religious group while denying truth and anything that conflicts with their world view to push their agenda.

"She" handed basically Greece over to "her" private banksters, advocated any lie about what happened in ukraine and about putin and followd the orders of "her" overlords to flood europe with migrants. And that won your respect?! ..tzzz

Just out of curiosity ...if poland and hungary is "lost" why didnt you mention the new right wing ukraine leaders? or are these democrats in your oppinion and in poland and ungary the majority of people is just blindsided?

Not every video of an event covers every aspect of that event.

Like I said, the video and the witness statements could be wrong, but I am inclined to believe them based on what I have seen in the news about this incident and other similar ones involving similar people.

I did not mention most of the countries on this globe. So why should I mention that one country that never lived to see a real democracy and is just at the beginning of a new developement? - If Putin allows them to.

And my oppinion about ALL people, who seek their hail with a right extremist party is not only that they are blindsided, but more that they are shortsighted - Just like our ancestors were.

Sadly such incidents as we discuss here are exactly what they need.

Why dont they limit the number of young male immigrants and have extensive background checks on them? Or just refuse to accept any uneducated young males.

They seem to be the ones causing all the trouble in european refugee-accepting countrys. Hell, if i was a leader, id deport all young uneducated male refugee back to their country of origin.

...you didnt explicitly say ukraine but you did say that Merkel adressed the "putin-problem". So what was it that she adressed relating to putin other than Crimea?

This isn't anything new,

I remember the female reporters during the Arab spring, here's more

Poqari News reports that Norway (and all of Europe) is no longer recognizable as such, that women are routinely raped, men are robbed on a regular basis, the police have given up, and there are sharia patrols.

In 2015, there were 50 rape reports filed in Gronland, where, like all of Oslo, 100% of rapes of native Norwegian women by strangers are committed by Muslims. Across Norway, as with all of Europe, women dare not go out at night alone, the risk of rape is so incredibly high.

Also in 2015, robberies in Gronland averaged one a day. In the past ten years, more than 4,000 people have been robbed, often right near the Gronland police station, which is in an immigrant ghetto.

When the police visited one of Gronland’s latest victims, who was assaulted, held hostage, and robbed, they told him they had no way of stopping the robberies. “We have lost the city,” they said.

We are witnessing the wholesale collapse of Europe due to self-destructive decisions and a lack of any will to defend the homeland – a defense that wouldn’t be necessary if they hadn’t let the barbarians in. But they let them in. And they just can’t stop.

Europe has become addicted to its self-inflicted demise. Who would have guessed needless guilt would go that far?
