Falling Dreams

Anyone ever get these? Usually I'm at a high place in the dream, like a cliff or on a balcony and I'll fall off it. Then I'll wake up and my body literally feels likes it's falling and I'm in shock for an instant. Those are weird dreams.

I've heard a theory that it's your soul returning to your body during an OBE. But in my experience it's not that because in the dreams I'm not aware that I'm dreaming.
