I think Ryan Payne is an agent provocateur. He is no Army Ranger for sure.

Edit to add: I am pretty highly combat trained but would never make claims which I could not back up. In this day and age there are lots of posers. Some claim their unit was classified. Very dubious claim for sure. I was in a MOUT unit, had the MOS of 11C, and obtained the EIB. I took lots of extra training because when I was in there were lots of personnel shortages which provided opportunities for cross training and re-specialization. I always am on the watch for these stolen valor a-holes. I suspect Ryan Payne because of his words and deeds not fitting the expertise he claims. He might have painted himself into a corner so to speak or he might be a paid stooge for TPTB. I am not certain at this point.

Well said.
When you search on Google Earth it becomes clear that they would have to have some major firepower---like missiles, to bother anybody but the critters.
Somehow the crowd rolling up to the building, finding the keys and going inside became an "armed take-over"!
Think about it---who knew where those keys were secured?

Why would someone testify against their own family?

Explain that one for me.

Because he was physically abused by them.

www.thedailybeast.com...

LMAO find the police report of that BS, or for that matter find another source that doesn't lead back to that source.

That story is complete and utter BS to demonize certain people.

My sentiments as well.
It is a severe problem that needs to be addressed. If it can be highlighted here without violence it is a good thing.
My problem is that msm has completely blown it. If ever there was a time that they could do their job and take the people's side, this is a jewel handed to them. They have an opportunity to expose the dirty tricks and downright extortion of federal agencies. But unlike the Secret Service scandal, or any of several other alphabet agenices, there's not sex and drugs angle to this one so they attempt to get the headlines with "armed take-over" headlines. Next the talking heads are talking about pointing guns at people's heads.....things that happened only in their warped imaginations! And the gun phobics automatically believe them and cry to the Government (their Lord and Master) for help to keep them safe from these people who are making them uncomfortable.

Ward said in the months prior to the occupation, Bundy’s group had made a number of people who work for the Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service feel uncomfortable, following them or their family members around and photographing their homes.

And for this they want charges brought?
How do they know those weren't federal agents doing that following and photographing....to see who was associating with which group?

Rather than being the watchdogs for the people msm has become the lapdogs of government. Rather than baying loudly over the injustice being visited on these ranchers, they are yapping about people being armed in a wilderness.

Are Terry Jones and John Clees really writing for the major news services these days?

From the Oregonian; a major U.S daily newspaper...the part about the abuse is at the end of the article. This also came up during the arson trial.

Is there a court case or police report listed that subscribers can see and make their own determination?

It would be bad if all the land went to the states especially out west, the state would end up selling it to the private sectors and it would become just like the East Coast. Out east you hunt on hunting leases, fenced and owned by someone. If you cross that fence, your trespassing. I love the BLM land, I can go where I please, see nature as it is, and not have to see ugly Posted signs, and no trespassing signs all over.

Yes! Same with off-road opportunities.

It seems to me that the Bundys are being used as useful idiots in the corporate drive to give BLM land to the states, where it could be sold off easier. They are anti-federal govt to begin with, so just that means they don't want federal BLM land. Can they be so naive that they believe the land under state control would be better off?? Sprinkle Sovereign Citizen fairy dust and all is a perfect world?

That no rancher would have to compete with a fossil fuel/mining or logging interest to buy land? Or be denied access to an area? Do they honestly believe that they won't run up against a fence in a previously open area because of a new private owner? I don't get it.

Yep, we could end up like east of the Rockies.

I was first apprised of this a few minutes ago by folks on the ground out in Oregon. They report that Payne, Ritzheimer and every other “tiger-talking” fruit, nut and federal provocateur previously identified from the Bundy standoff were now in possession of the building and daring the Feds to do anything about it. My initial reaction was to observe that at least afterward we’ll know who the federal snitches are because they will be the only ones who survive the raid to take back the building. My understanding is that this premeditated action has been condemned by the Oregon Three Percenters and other groups but the fact of the matter is that these people are writing checks that they expect the rest of us to cash in our blood. And the Hammonds themselves are disavowing this action in the strongest terms.

Many of the suspected agent provocateurs were identified as the very same individuals who were reported to have, on numerous occasions, attempted to instigate violence against law enforcement and federal agents during the Bundy Ranch standoff in Nevada.

You'll actually need some evidence to prove that they are in fact agent provocateurs in order to get me to believe that.

Not even Alex Jones is claiming that.

That was the question.. Also a poster just after me posted the news article talking about the abuse.

ETA:

A key witness for the government's arson case was a family member who was a teenager at the time of the 2001 fire. The Oregonian/OregonLive is not naming him because some material presented in court, concerning his experiences with the Hammonds, was gathered while he was a minor.

The young man testified how he and his relatives started the blaze. He said in court that Steve Hammond gave him a box of matches on a September morning and told him to "light up the whole country on fire." He testified that his relatives told him later that day to keep quiet about what happened.

In October, prosecutors told a judge the young man had a reason he didn't talk about the arson for eight years.

According to a court document filed by prosecutors in the arson case, the government's witness told federal agents "he feared when Steven Hammond learned he had talked to police, that Steven would come to his front door and kill him."

According to police reports filed as part of the Hammonds' second sentencing, the boy previously had accused Steve Hammond of physical abuse when he was 16 and living with Dwight and Susan Hammond.

He said the Hammonds disapproved that he'd used a paperclip to carve two initials in his chest, according to a Harney County sheriff's deputy who interviewed the boy. The teenager told the investigator "Steve used a very coarse sand paper to sand off the initials," the deputy's report said. The teen said Dwight Hammond left the room but that Susan Hammond stayed, telling him to clean up afterward and "not to have a pity party," the report said.

Steve Hammond was charged with criminal mistreatment, but a diversion agreement got the charge dismissed. He had to take anger management classes, perform 40 hours of community service, and stay away from his nephew.

Dwight Hammond explained it was "decided by the family" to sand off the initials, the investigating deputy wrote. None of the Hammonds would say who did the sanding, the investigator's report said.

Steve Hammond did make one thing clear during their three-hour interview, the investigator wrote, telling the deputy "he did not agree with the government getting involved in family matters."

Which brings us back to my question -
Unless the victim, sheriff's office and the courts are making it up.

I have to say.. I was told by a psychic that I'm not suppose to fight in a war.

I don't know what means but apparently she wants me to sit out of some kind of conflict that arises during my lifetime.

I've just been waiting to see what happens watching world events unfold.

Who knows what all that means.
