Bozo. The community has already said they don't want them there.
So what who cares?
Yes. The judge exceeded his authority by undercutting a minimum sentence. Resentencing is not double jeopardy. I don't know if the sentence is "fair" or not but it is the law.
Since these guys were sentenced, and served their sentencing, do you think they can have the time added?
Apparently not.

From what I've looked, and I can only find case examples, that once the term imposed has begun it cannot be extended. In this case, if that is the standard, wouldn't it be too late to give them more time?
