Russia would have had a similar list too.

I would hazard a guess that the US still has attack plans for every other nation and scenario on earth. There was a doc they did on Science Channel based on the official strategy the military has for alien invasion. Yes! They have that. So I imagine they even have a plan of attack for Lesotho.

Who has ever denied it? It wasn't exactly a secret, though they didn't bandy it about.

Of course, there were lists of targets. I'm not sure what the issue it here. So, too, did the Sovs.

You can bet your bottom dollar, and all the ones on top, that there's at least one now.
