some of us have established online, ongoing conversations.

Anyway, the thread was about what you might do differently on ATS than you have in the past. Like - make friends, for example, would be a good one.

Just a suggestion.

I'm going to try to stay more tuned in to topics in which I've posted, so I can reply back to those who may answer me back. I often find when I do that it's quite useful. Usually I just pop in when I can, when the prying eyes of the creepy owner aren't pacing around the office. In short, I resolve to spend more time on ATS while at work in my underpaid job.

MY non-ATS resolution is to find a new job, so that could put a damper on things, as when I get a new job, I don't plan to be as bored and underpaid as I am currently. But then I'll be able to afford to pay other people to do stuff around the house for me again, thus freeing up more time to spend on ATS.

I'm also a big fan of the trying to drink more resolutions. 2 babies in 3 years has seriously healed my liver up. I need to get back to work on it so I can use it up before I'm too old to tolerate the surgery of installing my future cybernetic liver.

I made the resolution to not make a resolution.

cheer up bud - here's a way to make it a fun night

okay, I'm back....

gah.....they were OUT of corned beef! Not even any regular brisket!!
(I do have a couple of Armour Corned Beef Hash cans, though - on standby since forever in the pantry)......
So, had to settle for surf and turf ----
two steaks with two lobster tails - on special. (Drastically reduced price).

AND they were OUT of regular eggnog!!

I had one quart that was meant for my son but forgot to give it to him, so I got a half pint of Evan Walker for that, and the last two Evan Walker spiked nogs from my friendly neighborhood shopkeepers....

sigh.

First world problems, I guess.
