Hi In,
I had a look at this one, but when I open it up in GIMP it's got 204 frames in it!
(It would be quite a big job for me to even add a santa hat or something to that many frames.... so I'm afraid that I won't be able to do this one at the moment)

sorry man....been busy.

The length seems to be fluid in what is allowed. I typically go with 1500 length for no reason in particular. But I think SO's goes to 1800 or 2000.

SO specified a maximum length of 1600 pixels in this thread:
