It's wonderful to see, Bob Dylan, recognized for his thoughtful words that have impacted many, over the course of many years. He always has something to say in his music, words with depth and meaning.

It has become rare to see the kind of thought Dylan put in to his words and songs in today's music. It's all about $, cars, women, etc, with empty meaning. It's a damn shame.

Dylan has been a huge influence on my writing. He has made me laugh, cry, get angry, feel loved, and most importantly...to really think; everything good music should do.

It is amazing to see him honored!
