This will be used in situations where even children are used as suicide bombers and hijackers, ie terrorists. Its not a normal thing IMO.

Why is any of this new?

They drop bombs that wipe out a whole city block with one drop and they have 3000 plus drops of these big bad ass bombs already. Unless the whole block are terrorist a lot of innocent people are killed.
