Oh you have simply got to be kidding me Mr. President? Really it's the media's 'fault' ? Since when did you not like the media Mr. If i had a son he'd look like Trayvon. Mr. The police acted stupidly. Mr. Gun violence. Mr. Mass shootings, Mr., Blacklives matter. Now suddenly the savior of the republic is blaming the media because Americans are worried about ISIS?.

That is simply just too precious people. He LOVES the media when it pushes his agenda's. Now when the media exposes him for the fraud he is. He's all 'hurt'.

But he also pinned Americans’ renewed unease about terror attacks on U.S. soil to blanket media coverage of ISIS attacks. The November ISIS terrorist massacre in Paris, which left 130 people dead, led to “a saturation of news about the horrible attack there,” Obama said in the interview.

Wowzers!

Stay classy Obama.

Say Classy.

He doesn't take any blame for what's going on in the country. Why would this be any different?
It's always someone else's fault.

Hes only defending them because:

He helped create them to fight his Proxy war against assad

Hes armed them

Hes protected them

Hes refused to arm Peshmerga who are fighting them tooth and nail

Hes refused to run effective bombing campaigns against known ISIS facilities

Hes refused to bomb confirmed ISIS convoys

Is there any doubt this man is protecting these animals?

There shouldnt be at this point, every move this man makes aids these people, down to his refusal to call them ISIS or Daesh

Actions speak louder than words, and this mans actions clearly point to the fact that hes using them to facilitate different objectives.

"we have got them contained" - Obama......Contained? Contained in what an area larger than the UK? Thats called a "country" Mr Obama, thats not contained and they continue to grow.

Sadly its taken Russia to actually make headway, and the only reason hes placating Russia with the bare minimal of help, is to keep the agenda end game hidden, and keep up "appearances"

He does have a point. Neo, I'm sure you would blame the media for promoting fear on gun control. It's really the same thing. The media can also incite copy cat mass shootings when mentally ill people see the amount of attention they can get.

""Obama: It’s the media’s fault that people are worried about ISIS, you know""

And in the meantime, He will give the "OK" to launch more missiles on ISIS.

Guess he might have the bigger fear eh.

Global warming caused the media to make ISIS look like bad guys. They actually play JV on some league, according to Obama.

Thats like blaming the media for exposing the Nazis....

This sort of thing needs to be exposed, needs to be on media outlets...needs to be seen

The atrocities these people are carrying out need to be made public

If you refuse to acknowledge your enemy by name and see them for what they are, how do you ever hope to defeat them?

Of course he would love the media to shut up about ISIS, but not for any other reason other than the fact of exposing our own gov for its complicit behavior with ISIS

Dont get it twisted my friend

It is all merely SOP politics. When doing something nefarious:

  1. Deny, deny, deny
  2. Blame the media for over reporting
  3. To avoid direct questions, go golfing/vacation

Is anyone surprised here, really? This would occur not matter who was president. This behavior spans all party lines.

Wow, I went to your link and it's a very biased right-wing website, peddling nothing but anti-Obama, pro-GOP topics. A lot of it looks like opinion editorials, along with selected pro-Republican articles from other, more mainstream news outlets.

I'm not sure I'd trust the journalistic ethics of a site that has such an obvious bias, and writers that say things like:

Gee, I don’t recall Obama complaining about media ratings when they covered his ridiculous claim that “al-Qaeda is on the run” back in 2012.

(that's from your article)

That doesn't sound very professional to me. Understand folks that this is an opinion piece that is heavily slanted, the author clearly has a problem with Obama.

So, instead of just reporting the actual facts of what Obama said, we have an entire article of commentary of this author's opinion -- in a fairly relaxed and unprofessional manner to boot.

EDIT: Here's from the site's "About" page:

Hot Air was launched on April 24, 2006, with Michelle Malkin as founder/CEO. Since then, the site has become one of the largest right-of-center blogs on the Internet.

So it's not really a news site, it's a blog...

But he's telling the truth. Most of the ISIS threat is over blown propaganda. Have you met anyone from ISIS yet personally? If not, how do you know they are coming to kill you?

Resorting to name calling I see.

Are you not aware of the culture of fear we live in and that its most definitely perpetuated by the media? If you have any interest in this topic I suggest you read a book called "Culture of Fear".

France didnt seem like propaganda

The 14 peoples killed in California, by people who pledged allegiance to ISIS probably dont think its propaganda....

Thing is, ISIS has made bold claims, theyve told people where they are going to attack and theyve done it, they said months ago they were going to carry out attacks in Paris, and they did so....

If they made threats and never followed through, or didnt carry out attacks, then it would be propaganda

But its not....

Its not fear mongering to expose these people.....

Have you met anyone from ISIS yet personally

straw man, besides unless you were killed or they TOLD you, how would you know they were ISIS?

No one is saying they are around every corner, but to throw out the "Have you met one" as some sort of proof that the threat isnt real, makes no sense....

I never contracted HIV in my partying days but I damn sure wore a condom
