Well, going by the picture it certainly appears that way but is it real?

People accept payment for wearing costumes and drive or walk down a street yelling out scripts and waving flags they have been given, for money. That's what actors do for a living.

Yes, they are flying here in Dearborn where I am sitting this very moment.

But they are not ISIS flags. Some are in Arabic/w lettering, others are plain black. They do not represent ISIS.

They fly on corners, porches, yards and eadside and west side mansion sized-type homes.

Some fly next to American flags.

Solid black does not represent ISIS.
