I just like this guy's videos. He wasn't really trying to trick anyone, it just shows that most people do not realize the 2 books are very similar and one could be mistaken for the other.

None of that is in the new testament. There was a reason for everything in the old scriptures. Blood sacrifices of animals and religious behavior. It was to show that they were worthless. You need to rersearch and dig deeper if you really want to find the truth. Just remember one thing. In the beginning was the Word. And the Word was with God. The bible and the Quran are very similar, the bible is of course far worse, yeah we get that. We understand that the root of all problems in the world are due to right wing crazy gun totin' morons. Yup. Got it.

So what does that say about religion?

Most Christians haven't read the entire bible nor do they realize some of the outrageous things that are written in it. There are scriptures that have intentionally been left out of the bible because they conflict with certain Christian beliefs. Even the Old Testament speaks of an angry and jealous God compared to the God of the New Testament! Just because the Christian bible has outrageous writings doesn't justify the outrageous writings in the Koran. Unfortunately, some followers of Islam take these writings literally and than act upon them.

Religion is filled with hypocrisy! Having attended a private Catholic school, and serving as an alter boy for 4 years, I saw things, and read things in the bible that changed my perspective about the Catholic religion. It's why I no longer practice any type of religion. I don't need a church to speak with my God or a religion to profess my belief in a loving God.

It's amazing how many people ignore the many killings, and wars that have occurred in the past and up to it's present day all in the name of religion! It's what creates conflicts and divides humanity!

The Old Testament was written by the Jew's and the Christians really just deleted some of the books from the Jewish holy text and added the New Testament.

In a lot of ways, Christ makes the old testament little more than history.

To me, the video shows how similar Judaism is to Islam and how few Christians know about their own faith.

Christ was a hippie who forgave anyone for anything if they were truly repetitive. "Forgive them, for they know not what they do."

IF more Christians were like christ we would not see so much hate and fear about the middle east, only love and compassion.

Anyway cool video and thanks for posting it. Really like the guy who was like, "not my religion, they have a right to believe what they want." Too bad he did not have time to say anything else when he found out it was the bible.

This merely reinforces that propaganda and state sanctioned YouTube/Facebook/twitter has won, and knowledge and wisdom has lost.

The difference is of course, that only one group (the mentally inferior extremists) have taken it literally to the point they actually believe it has been written by God, except it wasn't, it was written by men.

These are the facts.

There are Duality Flaws in these three books that makes people not follow the universal golden rule if they follow what the books say:

Quaran
Bible (including Paul addition in the new testament)
Meín Kampf

This duality flaw creates insane behavior thru history and every verse ever written can be measured for this insanity.

If it is a log or a splinter is up to you to measure. Those with awareness will see it for what it is.

The whole Bible is also flawed do not fix the behavior problem of the Muslim world that is real and measured around the world and need to be fixed. The Muslims are like an alcoholic who refuse to take responsibility and go to rehab and change/reform so the insanity ends.

Oh really? I immediately recognized some of those from the New Testament.

Matthew 5:29-30, King James Version (biblehub.com...)

29. And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

30. And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Mark 9:43 says something similar (biblehub.com...)

And the Book of Timothy has much of the stuff about women, like Timothy 2:11-12 (KJV)

11. Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

You're basically proving the point of the OP and the video.

EDIT: If you check the Biblehub links I gave for the quotes from the Book of Matthew & the Book of Mark, it looks like he was using the English Standard Version or one of the Berean translations.

and you are only looking at it superficially and toeing the party line. Blood sacrifices releases the life force - absorbed by the priest or cultist increasing their personal power and/magical works. There is also plenty of reasons that the jehovah character of old was sometime referred as Demiurge - the false pretender god.

The great pretender walked blind in the garden tempting Adam with the 2 trees. Not very omniscient was he?

It's pretty obvious that a god who demands blood sacrifice whether from animals or from "his son" is the great pretender, the lofty jealous mountain god - not the Supreme Creator.
