Nasa releases stunning new image of Earth taken from a spacecraft orbiting the moon

If you crop the Apollo photo, you can make the Earth look bigger in relationship to the moon.

How do you explain the small Earth in Apollo images ?

I would imagine it's a longer focal length for the lens used.

Besides its photoshop'ed to the max, you know like they do with naked models, what with that broadband connection with the Moon damn it, I was expecting some livestream from the orbiters?
