While the driver is a complete scumbag, he did kill his wife in this accident after all, the cop does need to be immediately fired, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

If his intent was to kill his wife, this was not an accident but an "on purpose".
"IF" that be the case, he still deserved a trial before his execution.

See, jumping to conclusions and making rash decisions usually makes more problems than they solve.

Either way, the cop was still wrong.

What?????

He did kill his wife. I don't think it was on purpose, but due to the crash, but I don't know for sure.
But I do think the cop was wrong for shooting this guy. He was just trying to get out of the vehicle, according to the video.

THE BOTTOM LINE:

This is state SPONSORED AND COVERED ATTEMPTED MURDER OF CITIZENS JUST LIKE YOU AND ME!

They have zero authority over any decent human being and it is time to start taking matters into our own hands.

What a loser, he can't even fess up to his own mistake so instead he digs his hole deeper with another lie.

Next thing you know we'll find out the guy driving left the bar sober smh.

We all make mistakes, especially if that woman was as intoxicated as he was.

The cop however should of been of sound mind and had no reason to shoot/kill an already injured person.

What does that entail?
(Not trying to put you, in particular, on the spot, as others have indicated similar sentiments).

Horsesh*t.

what does that entail?

But it entails that if you are attacked you defend yourself like any common animal, such as the lowly rat, would do.

Look at it this way.

If i am in a wreck and some scum shoots at me, i will defend myself and the 6 other members of my family. And I know they will defend me, if he hits me.

What would you do?

I guess the short answer is I don't get plastered and peel out of parking lots and drive in a manner that launches a family member out of the vehicle.

However, to your point about (hypothetically) a cop busting in your front door in the middle of the night with guns drawn... I couldn't blame you for defending yourself/your family.

Perhaps I misunderstood your previous post when you said, "Take matters into our own hands." I had (perhaps mistakenly) thought you were referring to some kind of vigilante justice for the cop rather then through conventional means.

Good luck with that. The cop SHOT a man simply because (it appears) he was exiting his crashed vehicle. What do you think would happen at a LEO lynch mob where you and others attempt to "take back our power"?

I know good cops. I know not so good cops. They are people, only their mistakes are rife with lethal consiquences.

The overwhelming theme to "cop-shooting-civilians" is they no longer value human life as EQUAL to their own. They are ok with killing 5 innocent bystanders and the alleged threat (perp) just to stop themselves from the possibility someone may throw an actual tomato at them and mess up their full body armor. ( It is a shoot first and think about covering your ass immediately after doing so....but within 11 minutes after firing your sidearm.)

This really needs to stop, immediately if not sooner, but it won't. We all just need to become law enforcement officers too, I guess, just to survive these "killing" times.

Its funny (sad), because what you just said makes 100% perfect sense. it should be obvious to anyone...and yet

WHAT?

Are you unable to figure out I was merely making an obvervation of the obvious outcome should you take back your power against LEOs.? They won't hesitate to kill your ass!

As far as sides, I'm on the side of the man shot trying to crawl out of his car.

No. I am not.

I will say here, as I've said on other similar threads, while it is absolutely unjust (in many instances) for people to pay for a petty crime with their life, once someone crosses that legal/illegal line, they have put themselves on a collision course with the authorities.... and unfortunately, sometimes things spiral out of control.
