Anybody who raises children to look at people with contempt - biblically speaking, is teaching kids to hate.

They are too blinded by their ideologies.
The irony of this statement...is palpable.

Sounds like a difference of opinions.
There is a difference between a difference of opinions and not realising that your beliefs are misguided and misinformed.

I just don't agree that anyone is being afraid willingly. If you hear a loud boom go off behind you, your response is automatic. You do not respond willfully, your actions after identifying the source and your level of danger, may be willful.
And that's what I mean. Of course, in the middle of an attack, people are going to be frightened. But after the fact, if you abandon all reason and irrationally "fear" all Muslims, then you are willingly fearful.
Fear is something we all feel, but we can let it consume us and allow it to control our actions, OR we can face our fears and REFUSE to let it control our actions. If one lets fear dictate their actions, they are giving into it.
I don't have anything against being prudent. But it is impossible to prevent 100% of incidents. I refuse to live in fear. That's all we have to do. Refuse it. Or embrace it and let it be our guide. Which master will you serve? Fear or Love?

this is not actually entirely true some percentage of muslim parents bring their children up to hate the west, telling them how great the mother land is and how we the west have destroyed it ,and totally ignore the fact they have been fighting amoung themselves
Yes.
And some parents bring their children up to be homosexual hating Christians - but not all.
EDIT: I wonder what the percentage is you talk of?
Clever. False, but clever. Nobody brings their kids up to be Christians that hate gays. You people claim that anyone that disagrees with gay marriage is a gay hater.
What about those westboro baptist church folks?
I'm pretty sure that is what they do but only know what I have read in the news so could be incorrect on this?
Well, every Christian I've ever heard from detests those fools from Westboro that claim to be Christians. They'll be burning in hell when their lives expire.
That was in response to your claim that no christians raise there children to hate gay people.
Are you saying that although they claim to be christian they are in fact a radical extreme faction of christianity and the VAST majority of christians do not feel the same way?

It warms my heart to see Islam being defended with such fervor.
A religion that has a WORSE track record on women, and gay rights than that other most villainous one that starts with a C.
