Why do people want to bomb the h**l out of the middle east

This is a good question OP
If you support bombings, you are working for ISIS, The Military Industrial Complex and The Government.

It goes something like this:

A small number of ISIS Members get bombed, and collateral damage does happen.
Well, if you have family members of that collateral damage, you become ISIS.

It is like on 911, we were all New Yorkers that day in support of fighting back

So Isis members grow with each new attack, just as the numbers in the US will grow with each new attack on the west.

When trying to sound holier than though, make sure your own country isn't a complete mess..

Just thought I would ask because no one seems to use logic when asking fro America to bomb the H**l out of a place.

You should have stuck to to what is presented in the headline as it stands.
Simple fact is they can't bomb the hell out of London or New York even if they know of a possible 'cell' in the locale in case some innocents might/would get hurt.

Yea but Japan had a huge military of Kamikazes, with equally comparable technology at the time. Nuking them was strategic.

Nuking the middle, would be just doing the reincarnation cycle a favor.

I hate reading the comments on FB posts and editorials sometimes because of it.

I don't believe in bombing the Middle East and most of the people on ATS wouldn't advocate for that either. I think you might have the wrong site or have somehow translated a few people into 'you people'.

Never claimed my country was top notch. Was explaining to the other poster when trying to be holier than though about one country make sure yours isn't full of crazies too.

I think you are seeing what you want to see.

If anyone has said this I doubt they are a regular poster. Almost all of the people I have encountered on ATS are intelligent and thoughtful and wouldn't post something ignorant like that...even those I don't usually agree with.

I think you are engaging with the wrong people if you see this as a major issue on ATS. If someone says that about bombing then confront them in the thread they said it instead of creating a rant and impugning an entire community.

Sure, it was. Wiping a whole city or two in a flash or an instant a great way to give them a message instead of going in thru with the huge muscular arms like Schwarzenegger .

I mean you guys were enjoying the luxuries of being in bliss at the time, that when Japan hit you guys, then guys decided to hold hands, and be heroes. While the Brits, the French, the Chinese, and the Canadians were at the front lines for the majority of it.

Never mind the supposed ed rumors that the Government might have been aware of it of an attack on Pearl Harbour, which got you guy into the war in the first place.

Why do doctors say bombard the bodies of cancer patients with radiation and chemotherapy?

Cancer treatment is dangerous and painful but letting the cancer spread is far worse.

The Middle East is the cradle of Man - I was taught this at school. Gradually Man moved to Europe and the US.

US Man -

1. Developed a lifestyle that needed oil amongst other things.
2. Some Men derived from the Middle East gained power in the US.

US Man view the world thus:

Solution:

Bomb the Middle East

It is inconceivable that other countries in Africa, Europe, Asia, Australasia or South America would be treated so undiplomatically.

Now I'm not saying there isn't a time for bombing , but it sure sounds like the ME has been bombed one to many times perhaps.

Also it appears that bombings and chaos often occur in places with valuable resources. N Korea and Cuba threatened the US and the world on a weekly basis a while back yet they were never invaded?
