Okay I have bought a new PSU, GPU and CPU arriving soon but the question I have is do I install one at a time or just open the case up and install everything at once?.
Short but sweet.

The only issue with the all at once method is that it will be harder to fault find if you have any issues, conflicts ect.

More haste less speed may have you up and running quicker with less head scratching.

So PSU first? I know the CPU and GPU are compatable so PSU then CPU turn it on let it update then GPU?.

I use the "shotgun" method . I carefully THROW everything in at once from power supplies to hard drives. Plug it up , cross my fingers and power up......

Never failed....

Most of them are double slot cards now....and 90% is for the fan...
I have AMD r9's in Crossfire. No room for any other adapters. Good thing system boards come with NIC chipsets on board ,or I wouldnt be posting on ATS.

Just throw them all in.
It's a simple process - and assuming you're using Windows 7 or higher, you shouldn't even need to reinstall Windows.

slap that crap in all at once! do it in less than 5 minutes..... including a cleaning!

just make sure you use a LIBERAL amount of heat sink compound between the cpu and heat-sink.

Plus star citizen...I had to download the new file fully due to them saying so.
32 gig already and that doesn't include the single player and the rest of the PU...I think it will be a 100 gig game when 1.0 is released.

Oops read the question wrong. Test them 1 at a time, PSU 1st, then CPU and then GPU last.

I never use my dvd so was thinking of not bothering plugging it in.
I got a really good deal on a computer site on cyber monday my card Gigabyte Nvidia Gtx 960 1127MHz (Boost 1304MHz) and a AMD FX8350 Black Edition 8 Core Processor for 200 quid I think I saved a few bob so I just got a 750 watt PSU to power it all.
Was so lucy it was the last one of ten they had and sold in half an hour.
