There is nothing confirmed about that video either way.
It was a random cell phone video, not sure it was even confirmed it was of the IRC.

Yeah .. hold your horses guys. Those videos that are popping up are not verifiable yet or when they are taken.

It's developing so fast. Nobody can do any judgments yet. Only assumptions.

NBC are reporting it doesn't appear to be an ISIS plot or similar.

They're back at the original house again and some officers are walking toward the house with dogs.
