Well it is true that with the Apollo manned lunar landings there was the high risk factor associated with using live astronauts. Space X was finally able to successfully land a space booster on a landing site that was of tested composition under Earth's gravity. If something went wrong with a robotic Mars mission it would be an extremely expensive disappointment for NASA. Of course all the imagery tagged as from Mars would have to be pre-screened so a Joey didn't hop into the footage. Apparently the Rover is equipped with a flashlight for night photography.

The title garnered a giggle. Possibly fact because there is no possibility of shadows being on the moon. A shadow hides. No reason to hide on the moon.

I'm really thinking I'm with Nelly on 5 his ...till someone has more the other way....he's got a good case...why haven't some one got a hold of nasa yet ....ask them to prove that lemur ain't there...between those rocks. ...

Theirs a few things about the Martian atmosphere that eludes me. If indeed its a near vacuum how come the wind velocity can obscure the planet, in Mars wide dust storms, and move sand dunes, and cause rock sculpting, Adding the fact that a parachute was used to slow down the entry vehicles .

I don't have my pictures with me but the Tongariro "Alpine Crossing" in New Zealand will bring you to a vast plateau surrounded by dormant volcanoes that looks exactly like Martian landscape.

During summer, you'll encounter reddish yellow desert-like sand plains, abundantly but evenly littered with volcanic rocks that looked exactly like Martian rocks. We walked over that path and ruined my hiking shoes!

All you need is an authentic-looking spacesuit and you can make a highly convincing Martian selfie in it!

I will not advice it however. There are hot, steaming spots out there that maybe dangerous to approach.

It would be a crime to fool the world if Curiosity is riding somewhere in canada.. But you must agree with me that this short film is not enough to be 100% sure they are telling the truth.. For all I know this is an animation or filmed somewhere else. Nowadays its hard to tell what you are watching... Btw.. I never heared about nasa installing a microphone on Curiosity and this is the first time ever I see streaming video coming from that same rover..

Why couldn't it be perpetuated in a public area? Its such a remote area that few people go there, and even if people stumbled onto the people taking these photographs, they wouldn't think they were faking NASA pictures.
