I came across this video on YouTube and just thought i would post it for my fellow members to view at there leisure. Its only a couple of minutes long but to be quite frank simply restores my faith in humanity.

Notice the poor homeless fellow's response! He is willing to share his new found wealth with the gentleman in question who done him such a solid. That's the difference between the haves and the have nots in this world. What a tremendous act of empathy.

My hat goes off to you sir!

Seems genuine. Genuinely dangerous. Not that the money isn't helpful to someone that poor.

Or harmful, depending.

I can identify with his tears from experience. Sometimes when you been outdoors for a stretch, a sudden bunch of dollars lands in your lap and you flood with the warmth that tonight you will sleep inside a hotel that has doors with locks, a warm shower and a soft bed.

Bliss…

It does when the giver sees the face of Jesus in the person with the outstretched hand. That's how I see it...LOVE.

Beautiful! What a wonderful thing to do! The "giver" said it was a winning lottery ticket, so he likely knew how much it would bring, even though he said he didn't know.

Thats a point. Possibly in an attempt to get others to do the same or for other more self serving reasons. To be honest i don't really know. I guess we would need to be able to ask the fellow in question.

I was more taken with the poor homeless Mans response and emotional display.

My wife made me a little scrap book of acts of kindness done by people just little
things cut out .
And it helps it lifts my spirits a little bit.
And being that we are all conspiracy people I make a safe bet that we all tend to look for the weird
or evil or bad stories more than the good .............NWO aliens evil microchips ect....
Hell thats why we are on ATS ...lol
So thanks to the poster and as to why the person recorded it they recorded it for me lol

What an ego huh ?

Don't sell yourself short, you change someone's or something's life (including your own,) every time you show any living being compassion or love - either with an action or thought.

Motivations aside, it certainly helped that poor homeless fellow even if only for a short period of time. Lets just take the act for what it was, a tremendous act of kindness, least that's how i see it.

For all we know the fellows intention is to lead by example. Selfless act or otherwise, still pretty dam close.

I felt that same emotion, a little. I preferred to think of it as making a concerted effort to be a shining examples to others, as well.

I thought he was also a bit patronizing telling the guy "You won the lottery!" like he's a child. I guess if you're giving someone a grand you can act however you choose, but if all you want to do is give the guy the cash, there are methods that call less attention to yourself. Filming it smacks of attention-seeking.
