He is a white male with a beard wearing some type of hunting clothing and carrying an AK47.

Heard the dispatcher mention they are on the phone with someone else in the building, but no confirmation who or where. Sounds like they are trying to isolate him and get hi cornered to reduce casualties. They also mentioned at one point he had shot at them through the walls.

Or he has trapped himself, didn't plan this thing through, doesn't have the balls to kill more people or himself and is now waiting to be taken-out.

Listening like everybody else to the live action...hoping as many are safe as possibly can be.

and not just that, its better if possible to always show the rule of law in a court BUT in this case if theres even the slightest hint of risk to others just gun him down

More victims evacuated. They appear to be unharmed. Taken to the VA.

Been following the thread, and the scanner, from the beginning.

Aside from that, I can't help but wonder if there are any fatalities...

On the scanner I know there are 'victims' and casualties,
But not any reports of fatalities yet. - That I know of anyway.

Long line of ambulances waiting outside the scene to transport more people.

re police approaching with caution, maybe they've been told who they have business with and know his identity..
