So before you read below, I saw this article and it got me thinking? Is there something in it? The more I looked at the dress the more I recognised it! I Live in Australia and I see this dress on weather presenters over here too? Not as often as in America apparently?

It might just be me or is there a message to be taken from this...i.e. when this dress is worn something happens?

Don't get me wrong, I'm no wacko but the girls I have seen over my life would never ever wear something another girl would wear. Let alone on TV? Now, unless they all know each other (Highly doubtful considering I've seen this dress in Aus too?)

So, I thought I would put it out there (Worldwide) to see if you guys had seen this too? Is there something to this or am I imagining it?? I even laugh as I type this. But I have seen it here.

“Some of us have very strict dress codes ... so it’s pretty hard to have a closet stocked with solid colours and jewel tones that are affordable and flattering,” Jennifer Myers, a meteorologist for Dallas’ FOX 4, wrote on the Reddit thread.

“Distracting prints are a no-no ... though I break that pretty consistently. Cleavage angers viewers over 40 something fierce, so we stay away from that. There’s no length rule on skirts/dresses but if you wouldn’t wear it to a family event, you probably shouldn’t wear it on TV.

They have to work well with the green screen, right?

I hope it's some contract with an equipment supplier that the news people are forced to follow.

They aren't actually human, they're ads.
For now they remain in digital form but in the near future they will be "in the flesh" and undetectable to the human eye.

Wow, I never noticed that but now that you mention it, a female meteorologist here in CT. U.S.A. was just wearing the blue one a week or so ago. Weird.

I know odd huh? Why is the big question. I mean, you'd want to look super stunning as a presenter, I mean, after all you're famous right? Why wear the same old thing everybody else is wearing, it does not make sense?

Have any of you heard that audio clip of literally like 30+ news anchors stating the same exact lines in their reporting? It must be like franchising for chain restaurants or similar business entities- a corporate master dictates what and how things happen

It kinda bring me on to "if it's scripted and franchised is this why we are all sold duff info on the weather?"

1. Put good looking chick in dress on TV
2. Spout the same old dribble
3. Sucker them all in
There's something but I can't put my finger on why??

That's too awesome. Humans are creatures of habit, consistency is everything in determining influence. And what better trigger than watching the weather lol.

You always believe it but its never right ha!

The 'news', be it local or national, is simply a 30 minute daily dose of indoctrination. Everything is scripted, everything is controlled. There is no actual 'news'.

Wrong dress in front of a green screen can cause a lot of problems. The reason it's common to see the same clothes is simple. They have to be specific colors not show to much cleavage yet form fitting. And the black outline helps you stand out from the green screen. If you wear the wrong clothes you get this.

Product placement ads. Women will see that look as something they need to buy.
