I admit to having supported Bush in his views and Gulf War II.

I saw every alternative, at the time, as a worse choice, overall than going into Iraq. I was proven wrong.
Not by the logic of my choice but by the way it was prosecuted and the end result.

As a result of the action, I felt that we needed to get out....ASAP. We weren't going to win the way we were going about it. The sooner the better...

I was wrong again...

Getting out prematurely, lead us to Isis. Bush erred in his prosecution, Obama for moving the U.S. into a completely different direction than Bush...even though on the surface Obama has withdrawn no faster than Bush would have...or so they say.

Yet Bush predicted an 'Isis' in 2007

www.youtube.com...

I STILL maintained staying out of it and addressing...or not, whatever the result was at a later date.

Still batting 100%. Wrong again. Obama is importing the problem into the U.S.. Forget whether this Isis phenomena is Islam or a perversion of Islam. It doesn't really matter one way or the other. We are importing/opening the door for the proudly announced Isis strategy of moving Isis into the U.S..

We are bringing the fight back into the U.S.. To what degree is yet to play out and in my opinion doesn't really matter either. The fight is coming back into the U.S..The very point that Gulf War II was partly supposed to prevent....taking the fight into their backyard. Not ours.

So I can only conclude that NOT taking the fight back to their house worsens the fight here. We HAVE to go back. U.N. backed, a coalition or just the U.S.. There is no other out that I can see. DAMMIT!

I hope I'm wrong again...

Your conclusion is to bomb the middle east once again?

I think you are wrong.

To fight a disease, eliminate the cause, not the symptom.

It's a bit simplistic, but the 'cause' is insanity. It afflicts the whole race.

Some more than others.

There is no apparent solution to that insanity. There is a solution to this particular 'symptom'.

No prob raiding and bombing around, just that one does not miss the targets.

The source of the scum in ME is not Iran or Iraq, not even Syria. The scum comes from Saudi Arabia - money, radicalised ideologies - they are the grand exporters of misery and terror - and thus on any list, they should show up first.

And yes, I fully support glazing that heap of sand.

I don't know what's funnier, the fact you believe the crap you spouted or the fact you're blind to the real terorism & threat on this planet haha

They are part of the problem, no doubt. Saudi Arabia surely have never been supporters of Iraq and Saddam. Nor Syria who has been nothing but a lackey for Iran.

If we could just keep these guys out of the U.S., we could sit back and let them self-destruct......

Your post kinda makes Bush look like the cause. Maybe if the West (don't wanna exclude Europe here) would stop raping half the world we wouldn't create as much terrorists as we do. Especially if current actions are actually creating more domestic terrorists (my opinion).

And it's called 'The End Of War With Terror'.

Then we can take our democracies back from this insanity of Mil.-Ind.-Complexes.

S&F for admitting a mistake, a rare thing nowadays.

That is how I see the US fighting ISIS.

I don't believe that the west is serious about winning the war on terrorism.

We didn't get out prematurely... We couldn't stay any longer...

The wars as a whole is what created ISIS, from destabilizing the area to people who had loved ones killed wanted to join it.

Did it cross your mind that what you've written was the exact response the puppet masters were looking for?

I completely disagree with your premise. The phenomena was around before Isis, It was the Taliban, Al-Qaeda on and on. Literally 100s of camps in the deserts of the ME with the full knowledge of the 'gov'ts' in question.

Isis is the latest version. Frankly, you post is a perfect example of fraudulent spin.

Where does the African nations under attack fit under that? Pakistan? Mali? The Indian terror acts? The Philippines?

Sorry, you post is pure bull..
