Burden of proof

Burden of proof (or onus probandi in Latin) is the obligation on somebody presenting a new idea (a claim) to provide evidence to support its truth (a warrant).

and that amounts to nothing. it is just some unwritten rule that has no bearing on the truth but only debate. I live in an opposite world than that where the spoken word can bring itself into existence if there is will.

again the burden of proof means jack squat in regards to the truth.

if one begins to rely on such in truth seeking then much will remain hidden for that person
