ISIS is funded and supported by Western countrys, so any thing they do is to further their agenda (one world government). they use these attacks to have reason for war and to constrict your rights. When they attack its the same story "give us your gun" and "we gotta spy on every aspect of your life to keep you safe" when all along they are responsible
