Apparent massive triangular object captured over Melbourne - night vision video

A prolific Australian UFO hunter seems to be believe it to be so after this video was posted on YouTube.

Inquisitr reports that UFO Lou spotted the mysterious presence in the skies of Victoria on November 13 and the appearance lasted for about two minutes.

UFO Lou said online: "Never seen anything like this before.

"Object seems static. Simply appears, lasts a few minutes, and then vanishes. Massive in size. Using a 50mm lens."

The footage appears to show the object coming into view beginning as a faint shadow and then becoming solid over 15 seconds.

As the object becomes clear it then disappears.

Firstly, U.F.O Lou has lots of vids on the subject matter, some I would classify as twin satellites, but this one I found quite interesting and am keen to get ATS's take on it.

Yes. A roughly triangular thing. I don't know what it was.
But how massive, exactly, was it? 50,000 tons? That's pretty massive. Was it that massive?

As distance is relative, could this be swarming bats or birds ?

That is a first for me, seeing that it doesn't move, A surveillance craft in geo-sync orbit? (just to humor the idea it might be real).
If it is a human made vehicle with black tech, it would make one heck of a covert global surveillance device, and even a weapons platform. Communications, all kinds of nifty military uses.

Just questions not criticism;
Is that thing in Earth's atmosphere?
Why is the heat signature (if that's a heat sensitive image) cold not hot?
Cloaking device?

It's night vision (light amplification) not thermal (infrared).

Reminds me of a sighting I heard about a couple Of years ago in the Sydney area. It was from one of the presenters of the mysterious universe podcast.
He caimed a black triangle few over his house, which after listening to this show since its beginning (when it was just ben) I feel I know these guys pretty well and do honestly believe him.

But honestly Op i couldn't say. I do feel however it's highly probable that it is benevolent.
