From all reports he knew for awhile.
That makes him scum.
That's what I've been reading too.
Scum indeed if it's true.

US law would be hard pressed to throw him in jail, but the civil litigation side would render him penniless and indebted to any partners who he infected.

If he was sleeping around while he knew he was infected, how do you prove he was the source? It ain't like he was porking innocent little virgins. Any partners he had could have caught it from anywhere - especially the porn stars.

I am. I think it is considered illegal here, but the burden of proof makes it difficult to prosecute. The prosecution would have to prove that Sheen intentionally tried to infect others or lied about his status if/when asked OR they would have to prove the victim had zero reason to use protection with him (i.e. belief of a monogamous relationship, marriage, etc.) I'm not sure any of these things hold water with Sheen (except the lying thing.) The court would most likely view it as a situation in which any reasonable person would wear protection when entering into sexual contact with Sheen based off common knowledge that he's promiscuous, admits to seeking relationships with whores, and is an admitted IV drug user. What looney tune has sex with someone like that sans prophylactics?

No doubt. I just find it fascinating to see someone born into affluence, world on a silver platter, inside track to chase his dreams of fame and fortune, throw it all away for whores, drugs, and insanity because... reasons.

How often have we seen this very same thing? Born to affluence, status, etc..., and they waste it.
Makes me glad I'm dirt poor, so whatever I ever have, I will have earned. Sweat of my brow, if you will.
