There are plenty of people who get pleasure from hate. Ultimately, if we have any faith in it being so, we are told by those who say they can see beyond this life (like Christ and Buddha) that there is a final reckoning of outside behavioural accountability and control (law) in operation in the universe. Is it wishful imaginative thinking? Is it actually true? I don't know.

Personally I know that a human being can not bring peace to his/her self or anybody else. We have experiences of peace, but they never last. King Solomon told us about the "time for peace and time for war" nature of human existence. St John in Revelation describes the future ultimate "a time for peace and time for war" 3 and 1/2 years of peace and 3 and 1/2 years of war" (in Bible years terminology of days) during the reign of the Beast as representative of human history and experience. Christ said that when He came He did not come to bring peace "but a sword". If anything when that Guy said something He meant it.

I will not look for peace in a human being's eyes. I am far too clued up about life and know it is beyond their ability to give me that which they neither have. They who tell me they have peace and can give me peace I KNOW are liars.

It is in our grasp to "make" peace. From ourselves we can keep exploring this path, but if anything it will only serve as a record of our performance when God opens up the Book of Life and makes His final recommendations (and I am not even sure about this being sublimely real or yet another illusion propagated by humans stumbling in the dark purposelessness of nature and the universe). Thousands of years of powerful spiritual doctrines, Buddha and Christ themselves have STILL not brought us peace have they. However, the morality is very wonderful and it is kind of comforting to believe there is a sublime power of love and a Good King like Jesus Christ.

I didnt even understand whole thing before i replied. I got allot to be angry about but my being always goes for side of love, my anger and hateful being do not last long, they rage in me for moment, sometimes day or two but love always comes and washes the hate away..
The religion part, i guess u meant that love is a religion? I do agree on that.
