You want to stop worrying about terrorism simply don't allow probable Jihadist access into the country with special statuses and visas.

How many other people's freedoms are you willing to give up to keep you safe from terrorism?

I don't think that we have to give up any freedoms.

But I do advocate stopping the immigration of people from trouble spots in the world. We don't need any more refugees.

Second, declare war on Isis... Then round up people who support Isis and try them as either enemy combatants or for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
