On the other side of one persons 'human rights' is another persons 'human

rights' and who decides who's rights take precedence?


A recent example an immigrant, nay an illegal immigrant who has

been in prison twice in 10 years for RAPE is appealing against a deportation,

due to him having fathered a child with a British citizen (a green card baby?)


Does his 'human rights' exceed those of his two victims?? and is that the type

of upstanding human being we want as a British citizen.
