He didn't change his tune, it always was his tune. His statement during the debate was referring to the endless talking about it when there was already an investigation underway... he said previous to the debate and after that the investigation is valid.

It appears now that the investigation has cleared her.

Somehow you forgot that the crime was committed when she used her own private email sever regardless of email content. She is a corrupt, liar and perfectly suited to be our next President.

Of course nothing will be enough to some to clear her name as this was never about wether hillary was in the wrong or not. Obvious Witch hunt and this seems to be typical of extreme conservatives who can't seem to let anything go, once they hook their claws into you they will not stop even if they have to fabricate or convict you of something based on technicalities.

10 Scandals Involving Hillary Clinton You May Have Forgotten

This is just 10. I have seen list with up to 22 scandals. The source is right wing apparently but I looked over the issues and there doesn't seem to be much spin associated with the allegations in each event so feel free to verify independently.

Chinagate - The Clinton-Gore campaign in 1996 allegedly took bribes from Chinese banks and their government to help their dwindling poll numbers. The Chinese embassy in D.C. helped siphon funds into the DNC. Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown (who was killed in a plane crash), and at Hillary’s instruction reportedly sold seats on department trade missions to China. Joint congressional hearings were canceled after Democrats threatened to bring up Republican campaign issues and then Monica Lewinsky actually saved this scandal from media attention.

Whitewater Scandal - Hillary and her husband were partners in a shady real estate development firm called Whitewater Development Corp in Arkansas. Accusations of impropriety against the Clintons and others soon surfaced, regarding improper campaign contributions, political and financial favors, and tax benefits. Clinton’s friends and majority owners, James and Susan McDougal were jailed for fraud, Clinton's successor, Governor Jim Tucker, was jailed for fraud along with municipal judges David Hale and Eugene Fitzhugh who worked with James McDougal. The Clintons walked away unscathed, having apparently done nothing wrong.

Filegate Scandal - Craig Livingstone, director of the White House's Office of Personnel Security "improperly" accessed FBI files on several hundred individuals. Mrs. Clinton called it a, "completely honest bureaucratic snafu." Many of these files were on people from previous Republican administrations. Hillary Clinton hired Livingston and is alleged to have looked at the files and requested this move. She was accused by Republicans of violating privacy rights of individuals she viewed as political adversaries.

Point being we have 350ish million people to choose from. Why are we even considering someone so mired in scandal for the highest office? I could understand that there will be attacks from political opponents but seriously this person has a long list of questionable behavior that she never has had to account for. One or two accusations OK perhaps it is just politics but 10+ times and I think we can start to notice a pattern here.

I am a Hillary supporter, and this is my perspective on this issue.

Did she violate the law....yes, however, she is a wildly popular politician, whom a majority of the nation will likely support for president, therefore she is the law.

If you don't agree with that then maybe you don't belong in the U.S.A.

Well me and you would have had to be in the same postion to be have the info. I agree there is two sets,but doesn't mean I am for throwing out her right to trail. It sounds like she broke the law but no one can stick it to her.

First off, I'm no longer trusting POLITICO as a news source for the crap they tried to pull on Ben Carson today.

But I believe an NSA director already said they would absolutely love if a leader from Russia, China, NK, or another country we don't get along with used a private server. It would have made their spying so much easier.

Whether those sensitive documents were marked or not, if they are classified RIGHT NOW, they are considered classified in the past.

I have a Secret clearance and I have to purge through my information and if something has become classified, that needs to be removed from my unclassified computer.

If a lowly engineer has to do it, Hillary sure as hell needs to do it too.
