"My Pictures" on ATS Isn't Working, Trying to Change Avatar

I wanted to change my avatar, and did the normal process of going to "Account Settings", but there is a box that says:

"ALERT!

YOUR AVATAR MUST NOW BE HOSTED THROUGH YOUR PHOTO ALBUM ON OUR MEDIA PORTAL.

Click here to access your photo album page, or here to learn more."

I clicked, and it brought me to the regular ATS front page, this was the URL: www.abovetopsecret.com...

I also tried clicking "Complain" to alert Administrators as to this issue, but this also didn't work. The URL also has "My pictures" automatically now (this was the URL: www.abovetopsecret.com...), which may be why the Complain button didn't work - although I tried removing that from the URL and it still isn't working. Just looking for some help from an Administrator. Thank you.

I'd agree with the above thread being a good reference, and add this - the simplest way I have found to post a new pic is to hit the little down arrow near the top right, and select "upload" from the menu options that appear. From there, it should be relatively simple. You just hit the little cloud-shaped upload button, select the pic, making sure it fits avatar rues as in that other thread, and hit the cloud upload button again. That should add it in easily.
