Ah the day's be for and few after Halloween on ATS, you always get to see all the scary stories people post up. It's like having all the haunted mansion and ghost stories come to you without even asking.

Of course it's a hoax. This is Texas. If it had really happened, they would be reporting that ten or fifteen people drew on the bad guy and blew his head clean off.

But there is so many real stories of suicides or stuns being mistaken for Halloween decoration or pranks
