What the hell are we seeing in this video?

Can't be a lens flare due to the camera moving.

Somebody have a explination before my mind concludes nibiru

Sorry if it had been posted, the search didnt come up with anything

NASA does a marvelous job of cloaking that planet that's bigger than the moon and right next to us in the solar system most of the time. Guess the batteries in their cloaking device didn't get swapped out this month yet.

Looks like a hole in the cloud. The sun is shining through it and the camera is unable to correct the flare. You can see that the sun is not round because of the camera flare. It is simply and most obviously camera flare.

If it was a planet, or another sun, you would be able to step outside and see it. It would not be there one day and not the other.

I don't know. However...

It is not a lense flare. You can see an actual lense flare near the end of the video when it pans back to the Sun from the Moon. That movement is very characteristic of a lense flare, whereas the bright object stays at a constant angle and distance from the sun. I do wonder why the very bright object does not also leave a lenses flare.

One thing is for absolute, dead-nuts certain: If this were an actual celestial object, it would have been seen world-wide, not just in one place. Because of this, I am inclined to think it's a hoax (though a well-executed one).

You can create this effect yourself with any camera.

The double sun image is an effect of optical refraction, rare and not fully explained by science.

The video is unique, but a planet it is not.

Ugh, another one of these? Sun dogs, photoshop, amateur Youtubers trying to get video views using Doom Porn? When will it end... if a legitimate scientist or organization hasn't mentioned anything about this celestial body, and it appears to be a "phantom sun", most likely (99.9% of the time) it isn't actually Nibiru or any other mysterious body. Sorry!

Well, it is in the shot with the sun, sooo… if the sun wasn't there, neither would the lensing effect. Yes the same atmospheric lensing effect that makes rainbows appear curved and the ring around the moon at night. Because of water vapor in the atmosphere and the round disks of the moon and sun.

I didn't see a reflection on the water, either.

Well it isn't Nibiru.

In no way am I implying that this is nibiru. The title was merely a last resort due to multiple thread titles, such as "what is this?", been taken and ATS wouldn't allow me to title it that.

I shared it because I have no idea how this could happen and appreciate the video which a member posted.

Thanks for the input people

That is the invisible sun that lights the invisible college ... and can only be seen by the initiated.

If one can see it, then they are special... or at least got a passing grade on their initiation final.

Watch the moving refraction. If that was actually a unique object then there would be another blurred refraction for the sun, but there is not.. there is only one reflecting object which moves as the camera is panned, and that is the sun. Also, look at the quality of the picture.. that is a good camera. Not to mention that the woman holding it is hardly enthralled.. I’d probably be having me a heart-attack, but failing that I would not cease recording after less than a minute, I would keep my camera on it for as long as I possibly could.

Well obviously a fictional planet is the only logical explanation.

Especially since it was not visible anywhere else ....

Obviously if there was any real object there it would not only be visible from all over the world, but every day for weeks or months .... So what you you think?

Though to be fair I am not sure of the exact explanation in this case. But we defintely do not have two suns ....

Edit: think about it ..... if it is a planet or moon between the Earth and the Sun it would not be reflecting sunlight. Therefore it must be the other side of the Sun, and about as large as the Sun (depending on distance therefrom) or else another light emitting object - ie another Sun. And yet it wasnt visible today. So where has it gone?
