Hopefully the police killed him (with a lot of pain) as the idea of him sitting in one of your Scandinavian style hotel prisons hardly seems like justice. ....

Shocked there are not a bunch of people in this thread arguing that the police didn't have to shoot him, that they could have taken him down with a taser or a beanbag gun since he didn't have a gun himself.....

O normally I would say they should have tried........... but seeing as he will likely get a cell and standard of living better than most working people in the UK or US in the Swedish prison system, somehow I think jutice is better served with the POS dead.

Call it a very very exception on my part.


Anyway there is a big diffrence between shooting a maniac waving a weapon and a unarmed person for a traffic violation or strangling someone to death over boot leg cigarettes.....

Oh, I completely agree he should have been shot on sight. I just am at a loss that there have not been bleeding hearts in here saying with so many police on scene they could have just shot his leg or arms or tasered him or whatever else without killing him....silly.

Last i heard your police had a even lower rate of police firearm usage than us brits.........and its low here, very very low.....so I think its safe to say they didn't have much choice.

If this is true, that is really messed up. I can't imagine they knew his intentions prior to taking this picture though. Wondering how he was even able to walk into the school with this outfit and sword on? Is it possible he brought it all in a bag, went to the bathroom and changed? I wouldn't think the school would let him in with a visible sword or a mask on and dressed like that. Most schools in the US have a check-in desk, but may not be the case here.

I only give it 10 maybe 20% likely being generous .

The internal bleeding alone will likely kill him.

If not that then there will likely be massive damage to the liver and surrounding organs.

Check in desks are almost unheard of in most of Europe.

He could of walked it in with a guitar case.

Star wars are just around the corner, it's Halloween month, swedes are very relaxed, no one really expected anything, witnesses said they thought he was joking until he started stabbing.
