This is a happy day for me, I thought I lost it forever but today I found it by accident while I was looking for another document. You don't know how much a wanted to share it with you guys, knowing you'll love it. I wish my father was here with us now, he was my best friend.

I also will use this opportunity to reach ATS Staff and ask them to consider a new forum, for history that not necessary fits in the Ancient and Lost Civilization Forum.

Now, back to the little treasure I found, here are some scans I just did :

A wedding. Anna di Francia and Amedeo di Savoia, royal people from those days. Check the link.
www.napoliflash24.it...

The King of Spain over there in Napoli.

Celebrations for the 100 anniversary of the Mormons.

This last one shows the people on top of the Duomo of Milan, seems like they went there when bombardments took place.

Beautiful story and really happy you were able to find such an heirloom.

The roof top of the Doumo in Milan has been used for quite a number of years as a place to listen to Opera from LA Scala adjacent to the Doumo in the piazza and drink wine.

I lived there back in 1991 not too far from the Duomo.

Thanks for the memory my friend...been a while

Thank you man. I also was around there in the 90's. Who knows if we walked the same paths.

I lived in Bologna but used to go to Milan by train few times a month as part of my job, carrying documents. Walked downtown so many times. Better than NYC if you ask me.

Outstanding, nothing like pics from the past to tell a story. The story, I notice is the same, the most important subjects swirl around the power structure and religion.

Hand in hand, the celebrity of Kings and Gods.

Thanks Gortex. Let's see if we can have more supporters for the History Forum. I think it would be very popular. We need it.

The ali tricolori (tricolor wings) in Milan, cars that run on acetylene, Il Duce and the king together laying wreaths at the war memorial, marriage of Anna princess of France to the Duke of Puglia (of the house of Savoy, same as the king of Italy), largest ever photo of Il Duce presented to the citizens of Parma by the honourable Rossoni, the president of the Italian armed forces giving a fascist salute at the Cenotaph in London. How long till history repeats itself?

This is what the Ali Tricolori look like today
